Visited on 09-22-22 and ordered the monster and the boss footlongs. Extremely long wait to order. After placing order we noticed that employee was putting identical items on both sandwiches. I'd stopped her and asked if those were both my sandwiches as we had ordered the two above, which we repeated our order by. She looked back to the board and after a loud expression of frustration she tips the one sandwich over knocking the meat back into the container and aggressively picks the rest meat off and continues looking back and forth at the menu board even after starting to make the right sandwich. No I'm sorry, nothing but continued expression of annoyance. I then notice she's putting wrong cheese and topping on sandwich so I again asked her if she had just put that cheese, pepper jack and Chipotle sauce on it as that was not what went on it. She looks at the board and then asks "AGAIN" what we ordered. By this time we've told her at least three times. She's really confused acting and yet annoyed, grabbing the sandwich she proceeded to try to take everything off but then stopped, finishing it, cutting it and wrapping it all while we are waiting, taking to the back comes out and asking for us to repeat what we wanted. OMG! We order correctly again, watching her and she makes it correctly. We did ask by the way if we could add olives when we first placed our order but was told we couldn't because it had to be made exactly as stated on menu board. Never have I ever heard that before but wasn't going to question it. We finally make it to the register to pay and I have coupon which she told me I couldn't use and then told me if I had read the fine orient at the bottom I would of known that. I finally had enough and told her to forget it, I didn't want then and left. I got to my car and decided no I needed to talk to a manager.... I walked back into the restaurant, dont see her but was told by other customers that she had stomped off to the back saying derogatory remarks and how they'd never been to a subway where it took so long and rude service. I asked to speak to a manager and low and behold who comes out but the same woman. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was so I asked for the owner but she couldn't give me that information. I then asked about district manager and she said she didn't know. I then proceeded to tell her that I was upset and the reason why. I told her she was rude and now acting condescending and never once apologized for her mistakes and instead acting as if we were the ones at fault. I asked when the owner would be back in and she said she didn't know but I could leave my name and number but that he wouldn't call me because he doesn't call people? What in the world. I go to subway all the time and love them but I lost that that day. What a horrible experience. At least I knew I was not alone though as two other customers were more than disgruntled with the service and witnessing...
   Read moreI usually like this Subway but I guess it is nay when the manager is working. Today I had to make my way through homeless inside the store to pick up my order. I walked up and the kid behind the counter seemed shook by all the homeless or he was just rude. It was so stressful I forgot my drinks. Once I got home none of the sandwiches I ordered were made right and hastily thrown together again probably all the homeless, there was a homeless girl that walked in before me to use the restroom while a homeless guy sitting at a table writing his âhelp meâ cardboard sign yelled after her âdonât be smoking in there!â Both clearly not customers. There should be more than 1 person working if the employees are going to be so scared that they canât ask them to leave so regular customers can come in and get what they order. It was so bad I didnât even go back to get my drinks or get my sandwiches fixed they just went in the trash. The manager was great last time I went in but I probably wonât be going back any time soon after this. I also got the tuna with bacon which I get every time and the tuna tasted old and the bacon wasnât cooked and the sandwich wasnât toasted both of which I requested. I know this Subway has a bad reputation as the manager was talking about it last time I was there and how she is trying to turn it around so I really hoped to leave a better review today but I just canât.    Read moreWent there the other night at 10:50pm. Employee was counting the till even though Subway website still says they close at midnight (I was told they now close at 11). Strike one. I was made to stay while he finished counting. He was obviously in a hurry. Wouldn't listen when I told him what I wanted on my sub, had to repeat myself multiple times as he flung lids around and generally behaved like he had somewhere else to be. Come time I asked for the Meal of the Day deal advertised on the wall for $6.49. He said I would have to choose a bottled drink because he had already shut down the fountain dispenser. I did so then he tried to charge me $6.79 plus tax. I reminded him that it was supposed to be $6.49. He walked over to the sign as if I were lying then said he couldn't change the price. I told him I wasn't paying and walked out the door, leaving the items on the counter. I'll never darken the door here again and I am going to find out which other ones this franchisee runs so I can avoid them too.
