Most of the time, their shawarma is excellent — rich in flavor and hard to beat. When everything is made properly, it truly stands out. However, there have been a few times when the beef had a bitter or burnt taste, and some requested ingredients were missing from the order.
The price is on the higher side, but when the food is cooked well, it feels somewhat justified.
My biggest issue is the service. When the owner is present, it’s decent. But when he’s not, the experience can be downright unpleasant. During my last visit on July 22, I was treated with open hostility by the staff member on duty. It’s unacceptable to spend $30+ on a meal and be met with rudeness. That’s insane. A simple smile or basic courtesy goes a long way. I understand cultural differences, but that should never excuse poor treatment of customers. These types of behavior that involve rudeness shouldn’t have place.
I’ve ordered from them over 10 times, so this review comes from consistent experience — not a one-off incident. I’ve tried all the items from the menu. Take it as honest feedback, not as an attack. I genuinely hope they improve the service to match the quality...
Read moreThe shawarma tasted alright, but there is no way anyone should spend $20 let alone $27 on a single shawarma AND you dont get a drnk. Don’t listen to the positive reviews as they use their family and friends with ChatGPT to post those. Instead of taking consideration, They also use ChatGPT to reply to every negative review because they are full of PRIDE. I could go to costco, buy a big fat rack of beef or lamb and make these for $3 a pop. Ridiculous. Turn down your prices, because were not eating in a luxury steakhouse. Its streetfood.
Matthew 7:3-5 New International Version 3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your...
Read moreThe food is decent but the price is outrageous. I've seen the owner respond to similar reviews talking about their ingredients being high quality, which is nice but doesn't justify their price gouging. If it were exceptional I'd have no problem with it, this is above average at best. They're vulturing on the "everything is more expensive now" trend. Imagine if a guy named Oleg opened a taco truck and charged $10 a taco. That's what this place is.
You can also tell the first reviews are family and friends of the cart trying to build up it's rating. I'm confident you'll continue to see more reviews like this as more objective people try them out.
