Avoid this place. The person working who was a Hispanic female was extremely rude and selecting what order customers were help. I among many other people were here because of a free sub due to tmobile Tuesday. This lady was allowing people using "actual money" as it was said to go first instead of people using the free subs from tmobile.
From the time I started my order to trying to use my codes I mentioned that I wasted to use two coupons and get two subs and proceeded to say ok and allow me to order two subs. At the end I was told that they I never said that and that I need to pay for them. Upon refusing and trying to point out her lack of listening to customers and calling her out on going back on what she said based on what I told her, I basically had one sandwich, not even allowed to pick which one, throw at me in a aggressive manor and told to get out which I promptly did.
I will NEVER be returning to this or any other quiznos. I hope this store goes under and closes and Subway, firehouse will keep my business as they are not rude, listen to their customers, speak English and come a reasonable and sensible resolution to a conflict or misunderstanding. I am glad I spent no money but mad I waster 30 minutes waiting. I should have walked out like the 5-10 other did because they were slower...
Read moreI'll keep it short. You charged me $27 for a sandwich and a Coca-Cola. That is unreasonable and I bet you the owner things that have to charge that because they're not making much money, but the reason they're not making money is because they charge that I will never go back to this location. That I was going to eat in the location and they don't even have air conditioning on. So you're being cheap on air conditioning, the tiles in that building are outdated. You didn't have the pepper bar. Set up so it just looks like every which way the owner is cutting corners. While charging a premium of all premiums On a sandwich that has average ingredients at this, the staff was the only good part of my experience. The lady that works there is sweet and has a really upbeat attitude for being forced to work with no air conditioning. Whoever owns this place should...
Read moreWe came from a part of the US that doesn’t have Quiznos any longer so we were excited to find this location. When you walk in, it’s very not inviting. Seems dated. The pepper bar is all packed up still since Covid I am guessing, and it just seems so bare and paired down. Regular size fountain soda is up to $2.99 now and 20oz bottles are $3.49. We got the turkey club and the ham club. The bread seemed stale vs toasted. My husband asked for no tomato and got tomato. I asked to add peppers (banana and jalapeño) and got no peppers. The produce didn’t taste fresh. And the worst part was instead of nice bacon slices they used like bacon bits pieces? It was also $30 for two 12” deli sandwiches. No drinks chips or cookies added on there. Just 2 of the worst sandwiches we have had in years. Quiznos should investigate this franchise because it’s gone...
