Taco Bell — Restaurant in Vancouver

I ordered a number #1 (3 🌮 supreme) & #9 (Mexican pizza 2 Taco Supremes When I got home everything in the bag was there except Mexican pizza. Came back through the drive-through explain situation. "Okay so I'll give you your Mexican pizza''.. Me:.. "I ordered them & now my tacos are cold, I want my whole order hot" She proceeded to inform me that I have my two Taco Supremes, she said she's WILLING to give me my Mexican pizza.,"you have the two Taco Supremes that go with the order, you already you' said so.." Me: Yes I do, but now I've had to go home come back & my dinner is cold. She did not want to give 2 Taco Supremes!???? I told her I did not wish to argue with her over a microphone, said I would speak to her about it at the window.... Wait it gets better, Now because we've all been waiting in line for over 20 minutes the car in front of me stalled ran out of gas/ We've been had to all back out of the drive-thru Lane. Spoke to the woman again, still did NOT want to give me my two Taco Supremes and the Mexican pizza hot.???? Still wanted me to just accept the Mexican pizza.??? I Parks in front of Taco Bell spoke with someone else explain the situation and handed her the whole bag. Salsa napkins and cold/soggie taco supreme. I was finally given my order. Yes there was 2 NEW taco supreme, & the Mexican 🍕 Finely.😖😖😖😖😖😖 Drive-through person was rude rude rude rude rude! Attitude:+privileged Service: 2 (only because one employee listened, was I able to get 2 HOT tacos along With my NEW MEXICAN PIZZA 🍕 UGH, 😫😫 The only reason I went here was because my father wanted Taco bell. NEVER! NEVRE! AGAIN What a fiasco HWY 99 Taco Bell...

I normally wouldnt take the time to write a negative review but after my experience tonight, to say I am surprised would be a lie. Regardless of the fact that the price keeps getting higher and higher, and that the employee wages are now over $15, somehow this location manages to be a complete disaster. Sure its a nice looking building but in reality its more like a crackhouse. Dont ask me why they forgot my Quesadilla for the 3rd time, maybe the price of chicken is going up and theyd rather not give you what you paid for. I swore last time id never come back, but after a long day of work I had hoped to get something hot to eat, my mistake. I wouldnt be so upset if they hadnt done this to me 3 times now. Chicken quesadillas are about 5 bucks and apparently i have now donated 5 bucks to this location 3 separate times. I could have gone back through the drive thru but the line had 9 cars and my food was already getting cold. Couple bean burritos made it, same with the tacos, but for whatever reason the most expensive item on my order was forgotten AGAIN. Im getting really sick of donating my money to this establishment. Between the time and money ive lost in that god forsaken drive thru i could have ordered real food somewhere else. You do ONE thing. You produce food for customers. If you people cant get it right then you are basically an illegitimate business. If you cant get people to do their one job then close your doors and stop robbing people of their hard...

Update: Friday, July 16th: I've gone here for quite a few years now and I'm sad to say that nearly all the fast food options in this area have gone downhill. I think it's probably due to covid, and a lack of quality ingredients or something. But anyhow, I come here and can no longer expect to get my order correct even if there's barely anyone in line. It's made my friends and family sick. So I'm pretty much done coming here.

I can't speak much for their dining room service, but their drive thru here is amazing. Even if the line is long, it's usually pretty quick. I think the longest time I have waited in line was 40 minutes and really it was just because I had other stuff to keep me entertained and didn't mind waiting. That's probably been the worst amount of time on the most off day for them, but I truly do believe the workers here are doing their best. Plus I got a free coupon for a taco later on that night. The employees here are always very kind and sometimes even funny which I appreciate and think is pretty important during really busy times. They almost always get my order right which I appreciate so so much. Very rarely do I come away disappointed that something extra was put on/in my food or they forgot to include something else. Overall the service here is great. And probably the best Taco Bell...
