Hazel Dell Tire Pros — Local services in Vancouver

I originally started looking for a tire place via Google as I'm not familiar with this area and all it offers. I found this place and one over on Mill Plain. I ended up reading the reviews and both were phenomenal. I called another local business I'm familiar with who works on another car of mine for other things and asked them if there's an A+ tire place in the area they could possibly recommend. They pointed me to Hazel Dell Tire Pros without any hesitation.

Hereafter I called and spoke with a gentleman who was extremely polite and motivated to help me. Asked him what it would take both in time and money to have a set of wheels mounted, balanced and the install of TPMS on each wheel. He stated 1 hour and $XXX.

Fast Forward to this morning. They unloaded my vehicle for me, were EXTREMELY polite and went the extra mile in every way. It literally took 60 minutes for them to take a set of staggered 20" wheels, mount 2 different sizes of tires, TPMS etc... They even using tire chalk to let me know the positioning of each wheel and where they're correctly mounted (the TPMS state specific sides when installed). When they were completed, they loaded the vehicle with the newly mounted wheels & tires and even set them up for me in the vehicle so they wouldn't move or shift on my drive, really putting in every ounce of thought to help their customers and ensure the best experience.

To give you another example, they held the door for me, struck up conversation, but the best thing to see was how they worked with one another and their camaraderie as a team. This matters to me because it tells me they are focused on the work which means they're lead really well which in turn means the work they do for you will be completed by empowered folks who are driven to do the best work they can do.

The last piece is this. They're comprehensive, they covered some details with me about the TPMS and how it has to learn and connect to the car, we also talked about alignment and the reality is this, they care, they took the time out as a TEAM to assist me and ensure exceptional service. This feels like one of the most well staffed and well lead businesses I've encountered in this area for a long time, no exaggeration. Wanna learn customer service and building morale? Dealerships could take some notes from this place.

Went in ask for new tires and alignment and all I got was new tires that were unbalanced and factory defective. Tires I had we're in decent shape. This is the second vehicle they done this to in the last 4 years. Last time it was my work truck that had bad wheel bearings. Did they spend the tires to make sure they spun nope. So once again they put brand new tires on a vehicle that was totally screwed and ate the tires up. I have them do my brakes, less than a month later I had a break caliper seize up and my gas mileage dropped in half. These guys will put rubber on anything without inspecting what they're putting them on. They told me that my rims on a 91 Mazda were perfectly in balanced by themselves. They did not put any weights whatsoever I've been to three shops now and they all agree that they were not balanced. So for $500 I got $300 worth of tires that won't last 6 months. So totally done with this place. Luckily they do carry warranties and there are other locations. Going to find the regional manager and have him look at them. Should be spilled tire poors. They're definitely not tire pros. More like...

Taking care of your car when you're not a "car person" or don't know the right questions to ask can be overwhelming. But I've never felt that way during my experiences with Hazel Dell Tire Pros. I've partnered with them when purchasing new tires and brakes for my vehicle, and I know that I can trust them to take good care of my car. But it's more than just providing a service, they take good care of their customers too. When they didn't have my tires in stock they drove that same day to their warehouse to pick some up for me so I could leave for my trip. When my brakes needed to be replaced they drove to my place of work and picked up my car/dropped it back off for me.
