My only experience: I wanted a clown cone for my birthday. I havenât had one in 20 or so years and they remind me of my childhood.
When I walked in, no greeting. I put my clown cone on the counter, the one person helping another customer didnât acknowledge I was there or said it would be a minute or anything of the sort.
I continued to wait. Other girl came out of the back to get some string, she said âhelloâ to the people who walked in behind me. Not me. Didnât ask if I was waiting or even offered to ring me up. No acknowledgement whatsoever.
The first girl had many opportunities to take the 30 seconds to ring me up. No she continued to ring the people up she was helping who werenât even ready.
I put the clown cone back and left. Never will this place receive patronage from me. As someone who is paid to provide customer service, this was sub par to a sub par degree. Never have I ever felt that unimportant as a person willing to...

Wasnât too pleased with the service. Upon arriving, I asked a worker as I was walking in if they were closed and she said âyes, we closed at 8 PMâ and laughed about it, as the girl at the counter called her out on it and told us they close at 10 PM tonight.
You can sense the hostility between the two workers as the girl who lied to me seemed like she didnât want to be there while the other worker at the counter was helping each customer that walked in while still keeping a smile on her face.
Thanks to that one worker who greeted me at the door with a lie, I am giving Baskin-Robbins one star. Would giving two stars if the cookies for their cookie sandwich ice cream wasnât hard as a rock.

   Read moreWe used to love stopping here. Last night we hurried to make it before closing (10pm). We were clearly before 10 by all clocks. There was one family being helped and then only us. We were informed they would be closing after helping the people in front of us. That's it. Really? Wow. I will only mention that there were two staff (one sweeping) and there was still time before "closing". Not the ages, lack of courtesy, proper business protocol exhibited. More training is needed here. Not only could our orders have been taken & filled in under two minutes(we knew what we wanted) but there could've have been a lovely tip for accommodation.
