So I used to live at the Parklane apartments and Hazel Dell and I would go to this location and buy my coffee. I had no issues for a while until they started to deliberately make my coffee really bad I could even hear them laughing as I was walking off I would take one drink and I knew they were doing stuff to make it taste burnt I actually even kind of made an acquaintance friend with one of the people that work there he was a ginger and I'm also part Ginger because of my beard and I remember I didn't have any money because I'm disabled one time and I was walking around the parking lot to see if anybody would help and the guy that worked there the ginger he got out of the gym and he said I'll buy you a coffee not even a week later I have my own money and I came back and he was working and so are other people and I said what's up my fellow Ginger just you know being friendly and he screamed at me and acted like he wanted to fight me I was like wow and then they ended up kicking me out but they're the ones that were making fun of me and making my drink wrong on purpose time after time and all because I came back for either a refund or for them to make remake my drink they told me I can't ever come back so what I'm going to do is I'm going to try to get a hold of the owner of all the Dutch Brothers no matter how hard it is and put in a really big complaint to this one right here and hopefully he fires every one of you people that were...
Read moreI stopped at the high way 99 location about 10 this morning to get a coffee, I waited in the drive thru line for about 5 minutes, which was not an issue to me. A car pulled up to the other drive thru line and an employee promptly came out side and walked right past me to take that person's order. I wasn't really that upset about it, but when the line moved, I pulled forward to merge, and the employee ran up to me, told me I needed to stop and we were going to let that person go ahead. At this point I was already in front of them, even if it wasn't first come first serve the line still merged like a zipper and the person in that car was waiting for me to go because technically I had right of way. I asked the employee why she didn't come take my order when I pulled in but she could come running out to take the other persons order so promptly..she said she had to go grab something from Inside. I asked what happened to first come first serve? She responded with "well I took that persons order first so you need to let them go first." so not only is this employee rude but they are also not very bright. I didn't even get a coffee there at that point. I'll stick to any other location. How she even passed the personality tests and got hired is beyond me. The manager there must be just as bad...
Read more1 of 5 On our road trip to Washington from CA we stopped by probably 5 different Dutch Bros and I have the same review for all. First and foremost everyone is so friendly and nice in every single on we went to. Not once did we encounter a person who was grouchy on our entire road trip. NOT ONCE. Every Dutch Bros seemed to have at least a small area to park your cars in and that was good for us ..since we would use this time to stretch our legs and such. They all seem to have a good knowledge of what they serve and/or what you may like if you are new to it, without needing to read it off the menu which is always a plus (because i can read a menu). As for their drinks. The energy and tea drinks were all pretty good. I cannot comment on their coffee. My pallet is not made for coffee so it all taste the exact same to me there hahahaha....My pup loved his puppuccino and treat that came with it. Would I come back? Most certainly. Expected to return whenever i happen to run into one again lol. Make sure to check them out and then tag/follow us on instagram...
