NW Escape Experience — Local services in Vancouver

Our group had such a fantastic time, and a huge part of that was thanks to Elora! From the very beginning, she set the tone for the entire experience with her welcoming attitude and her clear, friendly explanations. Sometimes when you go to an escape room, the host just runs through the rules quickly, but Elora went above and beyond. She managed to make it fun and engaging, all while making sure we understood everything. It was the perfect mix of professional and personable.

Throughout the game, she struck that delicate balance of being available when we needed a little help, but never overstepping or giving too much away. That’s not easy to do, but Elora absolutely nailed it. Her hints were spot-on—just enough to get us moving in the right direction without spoiling the fun. It felt like she really cared about making sure we had the best possible experience, and it showed.

What stood out most was her enthusiasm. You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that made all the difference. She hyped us up when we solved puzzles, encouraged us when we got stuck, and celebrated with us at the end. It made the whole experience feel personal and special instead of just another game.

The room itself was clever and well-designed, but honestly, Elora was the highlight. It’s rare to come across someone who can combine professionalism, friendliness, and fun so seamlessly, but she did exactly that. If every escape room host were like her, I’d probably spend all my weekends locked in puzzles!

So if you’re thinking about coming here—do it, and hopefully you’ll get Elora as your guide. She deserves more than five stars, but since that’s all I can give, consider this review ten stars in spirit. Thank you, Elora, for making our night...

Three of us did Ronnies room together and it was an awesome experience to say the least. It was the most interactive experience in games rooms we have ever done. This was our 11th escape room that we have done in the surrounding area and found it so unique and thrilling. Lilly was our Ronnie and had fun with us toying with some of our items and writing in the clipboard we left in another room. While being a hard room to conquer, it contained such fun puzzles that really stumped us. Lilly absolutely destroyed her dedication to character, making us feel like we were really kidnapped and were on edge to escape. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone who likes thrills and good puzzles. We even bought some gift vouchers so we can return again soon!

Update 7/26/2025:

We have since done atomic cafe and finished the Jurassic tours as of today and have had the best experience here. This has still been the most interactive escape rooms we have done that are fun with challenges and a fun production behind it. Michael was our Marty and did a fantastic job pleading his case to us. Kyla welcomed us in when we arrived today and was a bunch of fun telling us about the Morty app and other escape rooms we should do and ones she has heard good things about. Everyone here is fun to have as your game master and helps make the atmosphere more immersed. We will be returning for our final room DB cooper...

Me and my boyfriend went for our one year anniversary! We went in and everyone was super sweet and asked if today was special at all, when we told them it was our anniversary we didn’t expect to uncover a envelope with our names on it within the escape room experience with a card signed by everyone and a coupon for 20% off! It was such a wonderful experience and everyone was amazing, I’ve had bad escape room experiences in the past and this place seriously redeemed it as a whole for me. We already bought tickets to come back sometime in October! All my questions were answered flawlessly and the subtle cues (NOT HINTS) during the solving process was extremely helpful without taking the fun out of solving things on our own. The CYOA (choose your own adventure) aspect of the Jurassic Tours room we did was also super fun and elevated the atmosphere and immersion. I, unfortunately, can’t remember the names of the individuals who helped us but I know there was this red-headed girl with glasses and this taller guy with longer hair! I’m so excited to come back, seeing any kind of expansion or additional rooms added in the future would be so cool but it’s easy to see that the rooms they do have are carefully crafted and cared for!
