I bought a fairly expensive 14k rose gold sparkle chain necklace 3 months ago from Salmon Creek location. The sales person never mentioned to me how awful they can be at collecting fuzz and getting dirty very quickly. I was so disappointed because this was a gift for my wife and she wasn’t truly happy with it. I ended up taking it back at the Hazel Dell location to discuss my situation. I then found out I was less than a week past the exchange timeline. Shannon was able to allow me to not only exchange the chain but find something WAY better for almost the same price. Found 3 care packages called me to tell me that she could not find one after the 3rd day of having my rings. I have had these rings for years and had them sized multiple times, repaired etc.
I usually go to Amy in Battle Ground directly and never ever have one issue. I told Shannon that and she told me she trained Amy. Well she should go to Amy and ask how customer service works. Gross!
