I bought a fairly expensive 14k rose gold sparkle chain necklace 3 months ago from Salmon Creek location. The sales person never mentioned to me how awful they can be at collecting fuzz and getting dirty very quickly. I was so disappointed because this was a gift for my wife and she wasn’t truly happy with it. I ended up taking it back at the Hazel Dell location to discuss my situation. I then found out I was less than a week past the exchange timeline. Shannon was able to allow me to not only exchange the chain but find something WAY better for almost the same price. She went above and beyond to help me, even working during her lunch and I greatly appreciated the great customer service. Shannon, the manager at this location, had both my rings for 3 days and spent the entire time searching for care packages to do the repairs. Found 3 care packages called me to tell me that she could not find one after the 3rd day of having my rings. I have had these rings for years and had them sized multiple times, repaired etc.

I usually go to Amy in Battle Ground directly and never ever have one issue. I told Shannon that and she told me she trained Amy. Well she should go to Amy and ask how customer service works. Gross!

My stomach feels sick dealing with the crazy stuff that happens at this location. Smell like smoke, mental breakdowns and chaotic customer service.
