I have been to this new Victoricos three times since it has newly opened. First time going was great, same as normal as the other stores I have been too. Second time I was told breakfast isnt available after 11am. This is a first time ever I have been told this. Always have been able to get breakfast anytime of the day. This last and final time I ordered a Bean and cheese burrito, like I normally have in the past. Yet I was asked if rice was ok? I said bean and cheese and add Asada, which is the same as I got the second time here when breakfast wasnt available. I said No rice juat beans and cheese and add Asada. Then I was asked is cilantro ok. Ok sure thats fine. I was charged a basic burrito with added asada and no rice. Not sure when bean and cheese became so hard to understand? Wife ordered a Cali Nacho. All together I was charged $65! One burrito and two Nachos. Our order came and the bean and cheese burrito I thought I ordered had no cheese and packed full of onions and red onions. And the nachos became fries...like seriously? They remade our nachos and took back the fries but was never offered the $1.50 extra we were charged for the cali fries and we ordered the Nachos. $3 more than what we ordered. On top of the onions which were not mentioned in the bean and cheese burrito I ordered. Looking at the menu online They have a bean and cheese burrito, it maybe a kids burrtio yet that was never verified from the cashier if thats what I wanted. The normal Bean and cheese burrito isnt on the menu anymore. Is it a lack communication or the menu changing on a dsily basis but the cashier actually spoke english clearly this time. Very unsatisfied with the way this new store is going...not sure if it this store only, but I wont be going here until I visit the other one in Camas first. Its worth the drive to get what I ordered. Plus over charged for what I didnt order... prices are getti g iut of hand for some beans and tortilla, $13 not worth it. Burger, fries and a soda...
Read moreVictorico's is a solid Mexican fast food chain. The machaca breakfast burrito tastes excellent and is very large. I tried the green, red and habanero sauces. Normally I prefer a green sauce for breakfast burritos but Victorico's green has a substantial vinegar flavor. The habanero is really good but hotter than I care for breakfast. The red was the winner. Before tip it was $11.75. Los Bros breakfast burrito costs $9.89 and Don Angel is even less. The carnitas burrito is good but costs $13. The art direction has a bit of flare and it's definitely a step up from the generic, tacky orange at Muchos Gracias. They have a massive TV on one wall showing sports. Thankfully the volume was muted. The only possible downside is the price. Victorico's has a great location and a drive thru....
Read moreI've been to Victorico's dozens of times over the years and typically order the Cali burrito and it has always been good. This time, when I got home and took a bite, I was pissed. The carne asada was pale and looked like it had been maybe boiled instead of thrown on the flat top to the point where I thought I had accidentally order chicken and the whole burrito was doused with a stupid amount of black pepper for who knows why. It was the worst burrito I've ever had and I'm definitely not going back after throwing out $40 and not knowing if this is the new norm for their food and not wanting to worry about if it will be consistent or not or if during a slow day someone was trying to save time and product by having carne asada stewing in...
