Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Ventura

I came here to purchase a white ice cream cake. So I chose a cake labeled white cake with oreo ice cream. This cake was for my co-workers birthday and when we cut into the cake, cake was chocolate, the ice cream was correct. Since I cut into the cake already, of course I can't get a refund. Staff wasn't really helpful. I really hate posting bad reviews, but how is this my fault? I cut into a cake that I thought was what it was labeled, a white cake....

Went in to have an ice cream at 2:50 on Sunday they have both doors open and the lady was yelling at everybody to get out because she said no more than five people at a time I Aster if it was posted on the outside of the door and she said it doesn't have to be ridiculous you can't have two doors open that or entrance and exit and then people coming in both ways and yelling at people to get out I'll get my ice...

We ordered three different flavors of ice cream and I saw the server was going to put all the scoops into a large cup. That was not a problem for me. I requested that she place the three flavors into separate cups. Apparently, this was a problem for the server. My request seemed to put her out as she rolled her eyes. The ice cream was delicious! The rude server, not smiling or providing good customer...
