In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Ventura

I ordered animal style fries separately to accompany my burger. I sat down ate my burger and waited 30-40 minutes (I was number 57 and they got all the way to 70) for my fries and nothing. Once they reached number 61 my boyfriend got up and asked if it would be any longer and the poor kid at the register gets ignored by his coworkers after asking them about our order. There I was waiting and waiting until they got to 70 and that’s when I got up and asked for a refund. As the manager was giving me my refund (she not once asked me what happened) ONLY THEN the same girl that ignored her coworker when the guy asked about our single order of animal style fries came up and gave us our order. As the fries sat on the counter they slid them over to me without a word so I asked “are these supposed to be mine?” And they responded “yes”. I didn’t even want the fries at that point anymore, so I took them and gave them to a homeless person around the corner. What poor communication skills and management this location has.

ALSO I don’t blame the guy that took my order. The only people to blame are the people he approached asking about the order (fry/window station). Why was there no initiative to complete my order or ask management on what to...

Haven't been to this in n out location in a while and today I remembered why. Last time I went, they messed up my drive thru order and I didn't notice until I got home, in South Oxnard. Today, I meet up with my friend at this location and somehow they managed to get our order wrong 3 times. They took the wrong order at the register, received it and had to take it back. When I took it back I offered to write down the order and they refused and just wanted me to verbally tell them, and they managed to mess it up once again. Took the order back and WROTE DOWN OUR ORDER IN PLAIN ENGLISH on paper for them to follow it, and miraculously they got the order wrong again. AMAZING. The only reason why this location is getting 2 stars is because the young lady I was dealing with who was announcing orders (Today, 4/10/17 @ around 2:45pm) was very kind and had great customer service. Can't say the same about the manager that was standing up at the counter who watched the order be taken wrong 2 out of the 3 times. Drive the extra 7-9 miles to go to the Oxnard Blvd location, such a great difference and they've never messed up my order. And my order was very simple by the way, we only had 2 burgers they had...

You're In -n- Out. ;-) The employees are friendly and efficient, orders are always right, and the place is clean. Someone will gladly clear and wipe a table for you if you ask but they are usually pretty good about keeping on top of it.

With the recently expanded and redesigned drive through and parking lot you're not left hanging in the street anymore during a rush, and since there is plenty of parking, you can save gas and help the environment a little by walking in instead of driving through.

I'm vegetarian and love the grilled cheese with grilled onions and all of the toppings.

I'm hesitant to write this review because this place is already one of the busiest because it's close to the beach, convenient, and one of my favorite In-n-Out locations.

While you're in the area, you can take a stroll on the pier or visit Seaside Park for satellite wagering at The Ventura County Fairgrounds where other events are held. Amtrak stops there too.
