Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Ventura

As I was placing my order the girl made it seem like she was listening to everything I was saying and then after I was done she had me repeat myself about everything I just said once I got to the window she was extremely rude and acted like I wasn't even there she said one price to me out loud which I knew was it my price and then when I asked her what my total was again she completely ignored me and continued to take the other people's orders and then when I keep trying to get her attention she proceeded to still ignore me when she finally decided to ask me for my money again she told me it was now in a very much increase of the price that she originally stated and then so I asked her to her to repeat herself and when she did she stuck out her hand and look the other direction very rudely and by the time I got my order she was already rushing me along. By the time I got to drink my drink which I had ordered a dr. Pepper I don't know what the heck this is that she gave me but this is not a dr. Pepper and it's un drinkable, i spent over $8 for 2 corn dogs one drink and one french fry to receive a drink that I can't even drink two corn dogs that were just alright and french fries that didn't even have salt on them for my kid. Never again will I go back here the staff in general make...

Rude employees who didn’t understand my order and didn’t honor my coupon. Took back what they gave me because it was wrong size and then gave it to the next person. I was amazed at what idiots work there and supposedly they asked the manager about the coupon too and he did nothing about it. Never go here they are rude, and horrible at customer service. What happened to the customer is always right, policy?? And I was right they were just rude tans over charged me and mad that I caught it and didn’t apply my coupon. Do they educate there employees on how to enter coupons and put there managers through some sort of customer service training?? Not this...

It's a good Weenie-Dog. Pretty nice people have owned it for 20+ years. Not the best location or it would be 5 stars.

OK an edit to this post from 7 years ago. I have to ask what happened here. Yes it changed hands but the service and food were as good or better than it was. Came in Tuesday for a 2 chili dog combo and asked for cheese and onions and the guy even repeated it when he handed me the order. No onions. While waiting someone came in after driving through and their order was screwed up. Now this morning I order a country breakfast and the eggs are so overdone and crisp they're inedible. Get it together guys....
