The staff at the Telephone location are wonderful. If you are ordering at the counter, 5 stars for sure. The problem is with online orders and how Subway handles their ridiculous mistakes. If you want to place an online order, you go to the Subway website, and if location services is on, it will show you the closest store in large letters (see image). You click 'ORDER PICK UP', don't change location, and you should be fine, right? NO!!! If you log in after this step, even though you've chosen a location and started your order, it will change the store location without telling you. This is repeatable. It is not user error. It is one of the stupidest mistakes a company can make with an online order system, and they won't take responsibility or fix the problem. When I arrived to pick up my order at the store I thought I had ordered from, it was of course not there. I dug into the email confirmation and saw that my order had gone to another city - the last location I ordered from. I told the folks behind the counter, and they said "this happens all the time". I contacted Subway with my problem, and they responded but avoided answering my question about a refund (since I had to reorder and wait for the sandwich to be assembled). I responded to their response asking for the rest of my answer and got crickets. They are knowingly stealing my money. Subway's online team is either so incompetent, they can't make their system work as well as ALL the other online order systems out there (I tested some competitors' sites, and this doesn't happen elsewhere), or they are intentionally double-charging customers or charging customers who don't get their food. This is abusive, criminal behavior and needs to be corrected immediately. If you want to get lunch from Subway via on online order, I would strongly advise checking your order every time you click on something. Better yet, don't order from them online. Go into the store. Or if you can't wait, like many of us with limited lunch time, go to another restaurant where they actually make an effort NOT to steal your money.

So I ordered a sandwich through DoorDash because I have a job where I cannot leave. A simple spicy Italian is all I wanted, COME ON what is the first thing you put on the sandwich. These people should be working at McDonald’s.

Diana was OUTSTANDING. Her service , professionalism and outgoing was above and beyond. I ordered the tuna sub and I swear her work ethic and kindness made the experience that much better! Definitely a life time customer.

I’m not complaining about the food we all know what we are paying for in regards to food quality when we go to a fast food establishment. This poor review is more so aimed towards a specific employee named J*#€ who took it upon himself to give me poor service, and create a poor atmosphere for whatever reason, despite my pleasant demeanor, there was a gal making me my food who was very nice and he came over and interrupted her from giving me lettuce, because apparently let us did not come on that item after I said, OK, I asked for a water cup being defined the way I am poured myself a little lemonade and that gave him the justification to tell me what he thought about me, and people like me well, I say boo to you, sir, when life gives you lemons make lemonade obviously there’s always two sides to every story but what happened to customer service? I mean it seems that every employee seems entitled to take out their frustrations on customers. I mean you can’t go out of your way and let me have a bite of lettuce if I’m already paying full price for an item and on top of that you’re gonna give me...

This owner of the franchise establishment here is a lier. On google if you look up “subways that accept ebt near me” this establishment comes up and he lied to us saying he doesn’t know who put it up there giving excuses. When bought a sandwich it was made poorly , very sloppy , lettuce was wilted and disgusting , the meat tasted weird , had me and my husbands stomach all kinds of messed up and feeling weird. If I were anyone I would not go to this subway nor touch it with a 10 foot pole. Im only sharing this for everyone’s safety and or general...
