Just experienced the worst customer service by that one guy wish I knew his name. I've been there plenty of times for lunch as my office is near by and never have had any problems until now I asked for white rice in one of the bowls but I think it was not herd or something happened with the communication over the order which I completely understand mistakes can be made. She might not have herd me correctly or entered the wrong thing whatever it is I'm usually patient and understand this can happen. After looking at my receipt later I realized it wasn't marked as white rice. I told the lady at the cashier and she apologized but the other guy said "it is already about ready to go and packed and gave me this look like what do you want me to do about it?" I'm pretty sure he is the manager too! First he made me feel like it was completely my fault and that there was nothing they can do! I'm paying the money for the food just make the simple change and two he didn't think about food allergies all he offered was to put white rice on the side...?!?! which is a big reason why it had to be white rice for the person I was getting it for. I pretty much had to force them to make the change and therefore worst customer service. The lady was not mean at all and she even looked awkward and embarrassed and I wasn't mad at her or anything it was allllll him! I contacted Waba Grill corp. Never will go to this Ventura location ever again! Never been treated like that. In the past I've had jobs where we have to deal with customer service and you always try your best to make the customer happy and the fact that when I mentioned the rice I wasn't rude about it at all until they forced me to have to get strict and pissed off about it because of the way they weren't handling it correctly. I don't recommend going to this location if he is working because if you have a problem its pretty much "good luck sorry we cant do anything about it bye!"I hope they learn next time to work through the problem and find the best solution for...

I was there last night after work to, and I was the only customer in there, the guy behind the counter was also the only one behind the counter. He was obviously working hard, and was hot, because as he approached me he took his hat off and proceeded to push his greasy hair back and put his hat back on, took my order, and my money, and then proceeded to get my rice, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, STERILIZING OR PUTTING GLOVES ON. Then he put one glove on to get my chicken and it was at that point I decided I should just ask for a refund because I was so grossed out. I finally got my food after 4 other customers came in. and they were served first. There was no interaction with any of the customers including myself. Then a couple of guys ran in to the kitchen area from somewhere in the back like they were chasing each other and I thought my god how is this place still up and running? When I finally got my food home, the chicken was mediocre. Not great at all. Oh did I mention when I walked in it smelled like a bathroom? Once I get my food and start eating I noticed it’s only chicken and missing green onions. No big deal.. I walk back in, wait in line and let her take care of customers first. I then politely told her I order steak, chicken and veggie bowl. She said “NO! You ordered chicken” some customers looked. I said no, I ordered steak, chicken veggie bowl w green onions and avocado. She then gave me a dirty look and said. Well that’s going to be a $1 more! I said why even thought this was a simple mistake on your part? She rolled her eyes.
