Pincha Boba — Restaurant in Ventura

Okay, this place is a hidden gem, and I'm confident it can/will singlehandedly hold Ventura County together. First, let's take about:

The Space: The decor is inviting and chic. There's enough seating to accommodate a large number of people, and as they start extending their hours, I can see Pincha being the go to after dinner desert place when you're hanging out with friends and hope to extend the night!

The Boba: The boba is better than Boba Guys in Topanga. Now, i live in camarillo and i used to drive 50 min to topanga canyon because I can't bear to spend $10 on sub-par boba in the area. Might as well drive further down to get something you love. Well, Pincha's boba is perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sweetness.

Tea: High quality tea. you can tell the owners have dialed in the tea:water ratio, and there is absolutely no bitter aftertaste, but you know it's not made with a powder. 10/10

Service: This business is a family owned business, and there's something so refreshing about being served a drink that owner dedicated an extensive amount of intentional thought to craft. they're intentionally keeping their menu simple as they're hoping to preserve consistency and quality in their drinks.

Jessica & Kayla were very helpful & patient as I was deciding on what to order. I originally came in hoping they’d have a strawberry matcha latte, & while they did not, they were very helpful & knowledgeable about the other flavors & drink recommendations. Jessica even let me try a little of the Green Thai Tea as it was leftover from an order before me vs it going to waste. She knew that it was one of the drinks I was between so it was thoughtful of her to let me try it. It was very good, & it’ll probably be my order next time I’m back. It’s a longer drive for me, but I think it may be worth the drive for the quality vs other tea shops in the Ventura county area. They used freshly brewed tea made to order for my milk tea vs some places where you see a lot of powders being blended or premade mixes. Absolutely loved our experience at Pincha Boba! Conveniently located in the same shopping center as WinCo, Arby’s, and Chuck E Cheese, parking was a breeze. The interior is clean and inviting, with ample seating for guests to enjoy their drinks and conversations. The menu is perfectly curated, offering just the right amount of options to choose from without feeling overwhelmed.

I tried the Assam black tea, iced, and it was hands down one of the best black teas I've ever had! My son opted for the Butterfly Pea Tea with Crystal boba, and he thoroughly enjoyed it, already planning to order it again.

The staff was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable, making our visit even more enjoyable. With reasonable prices, Pincha Boba offers a fantastic value for the quality of drinks and service provided. Five stars...
