Beachin' Drink Co. — Restaurant in Vernal

My family arrived to try beachin co for the very first time Saturday night at 7:05pm. We tried to view the menu which was next to impossibly because it was dark and the menu isn’t illuminated at all which was a huge bummer. We used our cell phone light to be able to kind of see what was offered. We the. Proceeded to the window to place our order and never had anyone show up to help us. My husband was very patient as he could see they had a door dash order in progress but even as the order progressed and eventually said the dasher was enroute still nobody showed at the window at all. Customer service was lacking very badly. After waiting for 12 minutes and not even having someone let us know they’d be right with us or they couldn’t help us or whatever the situation was we left disappointed. We had worked hard as a family and our kiddos had won some free drink cards and wanted to redeem them but left...

Terrible curbside service. I waited 20 minutes for my order, even though the app said it was ready. No one ever brought it out, so I finally went to the window—only to be met with an attitude from the employee when I simply asked for my drinks. If you’re going to offer curbside pickup, at least have staff that actually brings orders out or treats customers with basic respect. Won’t be coming back

UPDATE: They reached out to apologize and explained that my check-in didn’t go through properly. They refunded my order and added credit to my account, which I appreciate. I understand that mistakes happen, and I’m glad they took the time to make it right. My only concern was how I was treated when I went to the window—good customer service can go a long way in...

The drink and employees were amazing! When we got there, it was a small wait, but it was closing, and the drive thru, plus other people already wanting something, however due to these I'm actually surprised! It was like 5 minutes, I'd expect 12! Anyways, we got there and after the wait, we took our order; this lady was so sweet, she was so kind, she took the time out of her day to count the big change herself, she willfully used her own loyalty for Beachin', AND she secretly paid for half only charging us $5.03 (gross total was $12.06.) We still don't know her name, but she's amazing, if she's reading this, you're the actual best. She had dark brown fluffed up hair, brown eyes, and brown skin. Any Beachin' employee that knows this person, hug them.... THEY...
