I would not recommend getting their shredded chicken quesadilla. First, it isn't advertised so they charged me double. They charged me for "carne asada" the girl told me that "her manager just said that's what they have to charge and they can't do anything about it". I figured adding shredded chicken would be extra but not $5 per quesadilla. It should not be price equivalent to carne asada; it isn't steak. Our food came out and smelled terrible, me and my girls took a bite and we all gagged. It was the worst quesadilla I've ever tasted. It smelled like canned chicken and was not appealing or edible at all. For paying $30 for two quesadillas- I'm not impressed at all. I am not one to leave terrible reviews or talk poorly about a place of business but trust me when I tell you I will never eat here again. If I'm paying $30 for food I expect it to be edible AT THE VERY LEAST. If you can't do that, you shouldn't be a food establishment. I will definitely be asking for my money back. I recently paid $41 for a meal that included chile rellenos and carne asada fries, and I was extremely disappointed. Normally, the meal comes with two chile rellenos, but this time it only came with one. On top of that, there was no option to decline leaving a tip, which is frustrating because tipping is supposed to be optional.

The prices are outrageous, and forcing customers to tip is not only unfair but also legally questionable. This kind of approach is a surefire way to drive customers away. I like Beto's, but this one is exceptionally nice. It's brand new, so that probably (read definitely) helps. The food was hot and good, exactly what I ordered, and despite being extremely busy due to it being their grand opening, it came out fast. Service was friendly and easy to understand, which is nice. I hope that's not racist. The only complaints: the bathrooms were ice cubes! Plus the water pressure from the sink in the bathroom was way too high and it soaked me! Also, the water fountain is not real. Just decoration at this point. They may have plans in the future to actually install it. Watch for the update. All in all,...
