Today, 10/31 10:30AM I blew out a tire in the drive through area. After talking with the manager/employees I was told there is a piece of a pole sticking out of the ground from a broken sign that has supposedly been like this for a couple weeks and there has been others with flat tires. There was a delivery truck parked and unloading at the time so as I was coming from back entrance to turn into the drive through lane I ran right over this area as it was not visible to me. The delivery truck driver was the one to tell me I hit something and he heard air, I thought I hit a bump. Luckily my step father in law was able to come to the scene and help me change the tire to where we found a big tear, a very unpatchable flat so I will have to purchase a new tire. We were out in the rain for a good hour, not once anyone ask about the situation, and not that this complaint is about free things because itās not, but we were also not even offered a free hot beverage to warm up nor any tone of sympathy. I have worked in customer service my entire life and this is very unacceptable to me. I called my insurance and they encouraged me to file a claim with the company so I called the corporate number to only be told this is a private franchise and that they would inform the owner and they would call me back. Letās see if that happens. All I know is that youāve lost my very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday my husband and I threw on our flannels and put our kiddo in his car seat, in search of a warm, pumpkin flavored coffee to celebrate the first day of September. Being in the country, our options were pretty much between Dunkin' and Sheetz. With hopes of also getting a pumpkin muffin, we headed to Dunkin'. Although in years passed I have enjoyed their coffee and adored their pumpkin muffins, today was full of disappointment. I ordered the Signature Pumpkin Spice Latte, which should really be named, "the cinnamon and sugar latte with a little whipped cream." I barely tasted anything other than, well, cinnamon and sugar. When I ordered my latte, they also assumed I wanted it cold. I'm not really sure how that makes sense for a fall latte, when it's chilly outside. I absolutely love Dunkin' pumpkin muffins, but the one I got was dry and not very flavorful. Personally, it seems that Dunkin has downgraded the quality of their ingredients, likely in order to cut costs. Unfortunately, it's not worth cutting corners to two signature fall items if they taste nothing like pumpkin. Their breakfast sandwiches also have seemed to be lower in quality lately. We won't be stopping at Dunkin'...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is a direct reflection on the Biden/Harris administration. Employees, on the day of my visit, portrayed no work ethic, attentiveness, and completely failed at their profession or lack thereof. I believe this occurred because of the design flaw in your corporate structure. The belief of quantity not quality. So here's what happened. School was closed, hence Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and I decided to take my daughter to work with me. She went ahead and pick Dunkin' Donuts against my better judgement so we went. When we arrived inside were three (3) employees and one (1) customer waiting in the mobile pickup line. At least 10 minutes go by and not one of the 3 decided to greet us, smile at us, even make a gesture that they would be right with us. Time goes by and another employee, making four (4), comes in and ask if we were there for a mobile pickup. I said no and the fourth employee starts making doing other work. So, this is when I speak my mind and finally get taken care of. Our great community deserves better. America and those who take pride in their work deserve...
