A few things to note: park in the Dairy Queen lot and use the crosswalk. You'll walk through the grass in front of the PennDOT building and it will get you right next to the wall. Try not to go after a rain, like I did today. Wear boots because it will be muddy! Probably a bad idea to take small children if you are planning on walking along the wall instead of looking at it from across the street.
Not that they can do anything about it, but there's a little hillside next to one section of the wall (closest to the building). It was muddy and you can't back away from the wall enough to get a really good look at it without falling...
