Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Vernon Township

I was SO EXCITED the Pizza Hut buffet and salad bar were back... Until I went to it. The whole experience was an underwhelming disappointment of a previously amazing experience. Rose-colored nostalgia glasses aside, the pizza and salad bars are maybe a third the size of original. There is no pasta or dessert pizza on it anymore (the dessert pizza was the highlight of the meal in the past!) The pizza was as good as typical for Pizza Hut, but that's about the only thing I can say good about the experience. We were sat at a table and had our drink order taken. We then waited more than 15 minutes for our drinks to be delivered. When they were unceremoniously plopped onto the table, the waitress also dropped the check with them without a word during the whole interaction. She then went off on her merry way and NEVER CAME BACK to check on us. Literally not once. There was a bus girl there who was clearing and cleaning tables in the most industrious fashion but otherwise the service was terrible, I'd give 0 stars if I could. I will likely not return to...

I order from a lot of Pizza Hut locations for work very frequently. This is by far the worst one; the only reason I gave one star is because zero isn't an option. Last time I ordered they were almost 20 minutes late. I just ordered from them again (ordering the night before as I need it picked up at 11:15 tomorrow morning for the meeting and want to make sure it will be ready) and the VERY RUDE lady on the phone told me if I want it tomorrow I shouldn't be calling now and then told me I couldn't pay over the phone unless I called back tomorrow. I have always paid over the phone the same time I order and every location has let me including this one until this woman. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I will never be...

Deliver order on time for one. Had to call restaurant to see where our order was. They said they couldn't find it. Driver couldn't find us, which he admitted to. But then, manager said they would remake our food and send it out asap. Our delivery guy came and brought our food. Apologized about before. Please, when you redeliver food, be sure to send driver with everything the customer ordered. Had to call back in because we were missing half our order. Oh and make sure you make the pizza the way the customer requested! We are not happy. Manager didn't really seem to care. Apologized and that was all. The driver was so nice and apologetic.
