So this is the 2nd time we visited. The first visit wasn't the best but I chalked it up to that it was extremely busy at the time and figured it was just hectic and chaotic. Today we visited again with thw thoughts of maybe this time we will have a better experience. I want to start by saying that I am not the type of person to go and leave a bad review all willy nilly, so this hurts my heart having to do this to a business but this needs to be heard. It wasn't busy at the time, as we are walked to our table,, the floor throughout the entire dining area looked as though it hadn't been sweeped in days. Small pieces of ripped napkin everywhere on the floor is what it looked like. Multiple empty tables filthy. Get to ours and it was also filthy. We're immediately asked for drink order but then don't get them for a good 8 minutes. Our waitress took about 20 minutes to come take our order. Then we wait another 20 to 30 for 1 plate of food (we were a party of 4) she sets the food down, says nothing and leaves. Meanwhile my mom is sitting there with a plate of food and no silverware. We tried multiple times to get someone's attention to just bring a fork or something. They looked right at us and just ignored my 75year old mom asking for a fork. Finally I get someone's attention with a sparky "yeah" in response. 10 more minutes go by and the rest of the food arrives. The food was so cold at this point that the butter on the top of the pancakes had not only melted but completely solidified along the edge of the plate. I should have taken photos. I could go on about the the rest but it isn't even worth it. Leaving was an even biggerdisaster. We sat and waited forever for our waitress to come get the card to go pay to the point that I went to the front to try and pay there and was very rudely told "you need to go wait and pay at your table". So had alot more waiting just to pay. I want to remind you that it wasn busy. Just confused, we won't be returning because this place is a mess. And thats a shame because we really enjoy ihop. Hopefully someone in management can come in and clean this...
Read moreI travel all over Florida. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at an IHOP. The server said she took over for her daughter who had to go to the hospital and had been there for a 10 hour shift but what she did after that I’ve never seen done in my entire life. There were six tables in the restaurant she would not even talk to another table until The table before she had taken their order and their food came out. We sat and waited 45 minutes for her even to take our food order. Her method was ridiculous. Then as she’s taking peoples orders, she’s actually sitting down and talking to them like you don’t have three other tables that have just been staring at you for 30 minutes waiting to even get a drink of water. I have never been in a worst IHOP in my entire life if I could give them a zero star I would I get that she was tired, but it’s a literally wait on one table at a time and not go to the next table until the other table had paid was ridiculous.. later she had to cook from the kitchen come out and clean her tables and she told him I’ll bust you down later for helping me. He should’ve focused on cooking the food because once we got our food, it was horrible one side of our pancakes were raw waited over an hour to get fed with minimal people in the restaurant and then the food wasn’t good this IHOP should have had a manager come in because obviously, even though the server was filling in for her daughter, it was too much for her and the guest paid for her being there too long isn’t that what managers are for when you have employees, call out managers come in to make sure the restaurant is...

(All the below is excluding one server with short brown-ish hair and wears glasses - I also heard her say her last day was Monday) - the rest falls on management.
The floors were dirty, the expo (tall skinny gal with highlights) was eating food and licking fingers while boxing to-go orders...
I feel so bad for the one girl that was doing everything she could to keep that restaurant functioning including telling her coworkers what to do. Kitchen needs to be cleaned, we got some food from some other tables entrees in our meals (we didn't order beef, but we got some!)
Manager needs to step up their game but appeared to be non-existent. Corporate needs to run a full over-haul on this location. The other IHOPs I've been too are gems compared to this location.
