HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place. Had cops called on my family. Because we wanted the phone number for corporate. Just so that we can let them know how bad the service was that we received. How we placed our order and 10 to 15 minutes later they come out and let us know that we did not place an order. We told the guy on skates that we placed an order 15 minutes ago. Which he mentioned that the speakers are sensitive, So the girl that tooked the order canceled it. So instead of letting us know 15 minutes ago just had us sitting and waiting for no reason. Meanwhile my little niece is starving. We did not get upset we just told the guy on skates that we will just go elsewhere. So, before we left I got out to take pictures of the place of bad service. We started driving away when I told my brother to go in and ask for corporates phone number. Not only did she give us a nasty attitude the number she gave us for corporate was not to corporate at all. Which I already knew that she was not going to give us the right number. Because, if you did nothing wrong why would you not give us the right number. It was a general manager for the store. We told him what happened and guess what? He too was of no help and gave us a nasty attitude too. He said he was on his private time for us to look on the cup. We told him we don't have a cup because we did not get the order we had placed. So we told him to have a good day. Good old Google had all the info we need. I have video of the incident. So we don't even get a block away before the police show up. Not that we didn't want them to come. They threaten to call the police on us. So we told the so called manager to go ahead and make sure you tell them our license plate number. So they know which car to stop. Guess what, the police officer said that we are not the only ones. He said he gets a ton of complaints at this Sonics. That's why he doesn't go there. Which is weird because, we never had a issue before today. The officer was the only one that was helpful. We had to sign a trespassing form which was fine by us. They are crazy if they think that we want to come back to their store. Yes we did get in contact with corporate finally let them know the situation let them know that we had video plus the video cameras that they have in their store captured everything and we're just going to leave it in our lawyer's hands

Every time I order my food is cold. The drinks they are famous for they don't even make right. I had gotten 2 different times and amazing blue raspberry slushy with real strawberrys in it. It was great I was hooked. Then every time after which is now my 5th time has sucked. This latest had no strawberries in it and the so called Real Fruit Slushy had 2 small pieces of strawberry and only ice....... They didn't try to call n ask if I wanted a different kind they did add artificial flavor to at least make a strawberry one. No they sent me a water slushy with 2 strawberry pieces in it. I won't tell you what my son said it looked like but seriously I'm done ordering from here again. I'll get get a blender and make my own. That was my last attempt at trying them. Good luck. I predict they will be closing down probably within a year unless they drastically change

They're got everything in between. It'll quench your thirst! This particular visit I decided to indulge into a savory Double Bacon Cheeseburger with Mustard, Pickle and Extra Cheese, paired with crunchy, bold, and flavorful Tater tots. Lest not we forget about dessert! A Master Blaster Cheesecake shake which they unfortunately were not able to add Reese's Cup pieces due to, "choking hazards." In addition the order initially was made incorrectly but, easily corrected.

Very upset tonight. We went online to order shakes for half price after 7 PM. On the app, it said everything was unavailable. We called multiple times, but no one answered. So, we posted on a Facebook group I'm a member of a FB group called Vero Beach Neighborhood Watch. I asked what was going on, and people wrote that their system was down and they were only accepting cash.

We were excited for our shake date night. We got some cash and drove 20 minutes to Sonic's. When we got there, we ordered three shakes, including an extra one to surprise a friend. The total was almost $18. We explained to the employee that the shakes should be half price after 7 PM. He stated that due to the system being down, they couldn't honor the special price and we would have to pay full price. This tall, skinny guy was very rude and didn't care to help us at all. He said he could cancel our order if we didn't want to pay full price. So, we canceled the order and drove off.

After thinking about it, we were upset that we drove 20 minutes with cash when their system was down and the employee not only didn't involve his manager but also didn't care at all. We turned around and drove back. We asked a gentleman outside if we could speak to a manager. He asked what happened, and we explained. He said, "Don't worry, I'm sure we can make it happen for you." He asked what we wanted to order and took our order again. He went inside and never came back out. We waited 25 minutes, and no one came back out to us, so we pushed the red button again. We asked for a manager to come outside.

The assistant manager came out and said he had no idea we were waiting outside. He knew about the first order but said no one mentioned the second issue. He said there was nothing he could do and that if we wanted the shakes, we would have to pay full price. I told him how upset we were that they let us sit there for 25 minutes and likely were never going to help us. We are pretty new customers, and we will never return. Very disappointing.

Even if he couldn't change the pricing, he could have offered a buy one get one deal and written a note for the head manager explaining what happened. I also explained this to the assistant manager, but he didn't care. I was also going to give the guy a $100 tip for helping us, but once again, he never returned. I will call to talk with the general manager as well. I believe her name is Mendy.

Update

After an unsatisfactory visit to Sonic in Vero Beach, I was pleasantly surprised by the proactive and considerate response from the general manager. She reached out personally to address the issues I encountered, including the malfunctioning app and the less-than-ideal service. Her sincere apology and assurance to retrain the staff demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality.

The general manager’s friendly demeanor and promise to prevent future occurrences have restored my confidence in their customer service. I appreciate the invitation to return and feel genuinely welcomed. This experience has significantly changed my perspective, and I’m pleased to say that I look forward to my...

First, service is horrible, they will never acknowledge you.

I ordered on app while sitting in a stall, waited for 30 min in my drive up spot, trying to get attention. My order then updated as delivered, obviously not, waited by door for 5 min, they would use the other side door to avoid me. So I opened it, just to get acknowedged, and the staff started screaming at me angrily at the top of their lungs to get out, and close the door. When they were done playing on their phone forever, laughing and showing each others phones to coworkers. Eventually someone came out to talk to me with stern look, speaking very short with me. Showed them the order showing complete but wasn't. He went inside, disappeared for a while outside view of the windows, then grabbed it off the counter clearly sitting there being ignored by the servers. He brought it out, didn't offer to help me to car, and as I fumbling to try and get two bags and two drinks off he pulled the tray out and ran back into the building i barely caught the falling bag as he rushed dropping the tray to his side and letting it fall. It was stone cold food, half melted slush. Obviously just had been sitting there on the counter the whole time I was waiting for any staff to acknowledge me persistence to get anyones attention away from their cellphones.

The strawberry slush is great at Sonic, but this location is lazy, strawberry syrup all on the bottom, and clear slush on top, not even a attempt to mix or stir. I couldn't stir it with their cheap straws that crack, so had to wait till home and let it just keep melting more than it already had from sitting on the counter forever.

The coney dogs were burnt on the ends, sloppy made and put on regular buns not the normal coney dogs buns, so the buns only fit half of the hotdogs. No onions on it as ordered.

It was so bad, that i would have done something I normally never ever do and ask for a redo or refund. But was afraid interrupting this group of clearly angry workers that dont appreciate haveing to work instead of playing on their cellphones was not worth it, and waiting another 45 minutes to be acknowledged wasn't time I had. So shame on me for trying your Sonic, won't be back.

I get you work fast food, not the best job, but screaming at customers before they even open their mouth, purposely avoiding customers, pushing the button you delivered the food but didn't to beat your clock then forgetting about it. Not giving a care in the world when you have to make something either way and might as well do it right, is just a lack of basic...
