Great place our experience was wonderful. Lots of stuff to choose from outdoor furniture indoor furniture . Lots of colors as well. They have every thing from place mats to wall décor you name it they have it. The quality is top notch the style is what ever suits your pallet . We like the more modern look so our new patio set is more on the modern side very comfortable and quality is top notch. We love the color of the set it is a nice addition to our lanai. They have lots of parking available and the location is great. After purchasing your patio set stop by one of the many restaurants in the area for lunch or dinner. The staff is just wonderful Bonnie the manager knows her product well and greets you with a big smile makes you feel so welcome right away. She does a great job of giving you all the information that you need. So you can make the right choice for your patio needs. What ever item it may be causal furniture for the inside of your home or art décor for the walls. And let me get to the accessories they have a big selection and very different things that will blow your mind. I love every thing in the store it has become my favorite store. I have to mention about Rob the sales man such a nice guy he has a great personality and made purchasing our patio set fun and just a relaxing experience. We laughed and just had a wonderful time buying the set thanks Rob. Both Rob and Bonnie make you feel so relaxed and comfortable soon as you walk though the front door. There are things like fish butterflies turtles all in mosaic which adds a bit of bling and I love bling. So as you can see this store offers every thing and I excited to write this review. Please go and see for your self you will not be disappointed. Bonnie and Rob will look after you they are great people professional and they know the product. They are both charming and so easy to deal with love the experience. When I sat at our patio set got so relaxed felt like I was in the tropics even ask for a cocktail still waiting on that one lol. We loved Leaders and have purchased quality products from them in the past. About 8 weeks ago we custom ordered a lanai sofa and chair. The salesperson assured us we would received the set within 5-6 weeks and we could expect an update from her as the order progressed.

5 weeks go by without any communication. We check in and the salespersons cannot tell us where our order is in the process. We asked how that was possible. We were told they don't know when fabric is shipped, delivered. We were curious how they had planned to keep us updated with information they apparently don't have themselves!

Yesterday, 7 weeks after paying for half the cost, my husband went into the store and the salespersons could STILL not provide an update or ETA. Super frustrating and shockingly bad customer experience. Leaders is not the same as it was 10 years ago, or this location in Vero has poor service--not sure which is true but well not be back to find out.

Today, we get a call that the fabric is back ordered and will be another 6-7 weeks before we'll get the furniture. Seems very interesting they didn't know this weeks ago when our order was in queue. Gwen and Dawn said they are not aware of where an order is at any time. This seems odd to me and not a good business model.

Regardless of the cost, I do expect the business to know where my order is. At Leaders, it's expecting too much to be informed about your purchase in a timely manner.

I have asked for a full refund. Honestly, if they had told us this 2-3 weeks ago we could have made an informed decision rather than continuing to plan our outdoor space--rug, tables and decor based on this beautiful lanai set w custom fabric.

I purchased a Sofa, May 5, 2022 so first time in my life I didn’t make my own cushions. I’m a retired Sale maker and I have worked with Sunbrella. I told the sales person that this is not Sunbrella. She said yes of course it is well almost 2 years later there’s a stain on my cushion, and I took it off to it, and the seams are gonna come undone. There is a half-inch seam. It has frayed all the way to the line. They’re all gonna come apart. I took it into my sewing room and searched it, but I thought, let me go over and talk to them they treated me as if I was ignorant. I even returned with an umbrella sample book to show them. I do know what umbrella is but now they’re telling me this is not umbrella, and I know that know that, but the manufacturing of these seems as horrible Leaders and Largo said to me very rudely, we sent you an email and told you you had a one year manufacturers warranty in my years of Sewing. If I told somebody their cushions would only last a year I would’ve been out of business. I didn’t want anything but I didn’t want to be spoken to rudely either this is not umbrella, which they tell me now almost 2 years later. Oh, of course, that’s not umbrella, but the one lady said the sample I took into her was not umbrella it was Canvas , yeah, it’s umbrella Whatever you do, don’t open up the zipper and look inside you’ll be horrified at the shotty workmanship that’s if you know how to sew, The woman in charge of selling her present herself as if she was was very rude to me the showroom the company over in Largo Florida. She said we make thousands of these a day and we don’t have time to go back and sell them twice not at that price.
