I’ve been going to this Ninos location on the beach since I moved here 16 yrs ago. I usually order cannelloni which is delicious. However tonight I ordered a pizza and my husband ordered a Philly steak sandwich. We waited an hour for our meal when 3 other tables right near us had been served, and finished eating by that time. When we saw the other customers who came in after us being served after we had been seated 30 mins , we questioned our waitress. She had a rude remark & an attitude and said “we’ve been very busy and it has been a two hour wait.” First of all we were seated Immediately (not a 2 hr wait) and the other three tables were served within a half hour (not a 2 hr wait). She never bothered to go check on our order. So we begin to continue waiting another 15 minutes. Finally I asked the other waitress who was serving the other three tables near us if she could check on our order. She did and our waitress returned and told us that our order was given to the wrong table. I said well why didn’t you bring it to our table. She said they just threw it away. I find that hard to believe!!! She admitted it was her fault and the Mgr was only charging us half the price. But it wasn’t the cost of our bill that was disturbing. It was the fact that our waitress never bothered to check on our order when we asked her to. Also that they delivered the order to the wrong table and then instead of checking to see where it belong to, I was told they threw it out. We then asked to speak to the owner who we have talked to in the past. He’s a very hands on owner and friendly to his customers. We were shocked When Our waitress returned and told us he did not want to speak with us because our waitress had already apologized and he was giving us half off. And I was told he was too busy to talk to us. You do not treat a 16 year customer that way. We will not be returning there. Nor will I recommend that...

Why have "authentic" on your restaurant when you're selling close to $10.00 fancy hot pockets which tasted soggy and disgusting which I refused to finish and to top it off the $2.95 flat cokes didn't help wash this glorified hot pocket down . But that was only the begining the breadsticks were drenched in butter which made the Bp oil spill look like a kiddie pool and her salad had 35 gallons of ranch on it with only 1 tomatoe and 1 cucumber just pathetic. At that point I asked for the check paid $32.00 for this sorry excuse for "Authentic Italian food" and ran out as quickly as we could.
