My fiancé and I came here at 9:23pm on Wednesday (7/24/24) came to the spot. They were actually closed on google but were helping “customers” yet right when they saw us they closed the window and said we’re closed. Totally get that they’re closed, however wasn’t sure if they were opening for someone that they knew…but seemed like some teenagers (summer job) who just wanted to clock the heck out and leave. Not that this matters but they lost the business of customers that were willing to buy things, tip them and try something new to come back again. I had such a great experience at Shake Man! The atmosphere was welcoming and the shakes were amazing, but what really stood out was the service. The worker went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much positivity and professionalism to their work. Thanks to that worker, my visit was not just good—it was memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Shake Man to friends and family!

Very disappointed. I really like their choco taco and every time I go to order it, something is wrong. Yesterday, no one made batter so the poor girl had to make the batter, then she had to make the waffle fresh. It took about 10-15 minutes and then when she went to put the chocolate on the ice cream, after stirring for several minutes, it was the oil that she poured on the ice cream. I asked her can I just have an ice cream cone instead. I feel when they first opened last year, it was great. But after a month, they couldn’t keep the quality up.
