The most Terrible Service!! Today was my first time going to Dunkin's on my way to work for a coffee and a donut and for sure it is my last one. So disappointing! They might be one of the best donut places but sure it also is the one with the most terrible, afoul service!!! I arrived 30 mints before my shift start and that place is less then 10 mints away from my workplace, ok so I figured I have 15-20 mints before my shift, plenty of time to grab a caffee, right? So, I got myself into the drive through line and it took 5 mints for the car at the ordering booth to be asked for their order and there were 4 more cars in between that car and mine so I decided to go inside instead so when I get in there I was the only customer but the cashier completely ignored me and took her almost 3 mints to help me and that was after the 3th time I called her for her help. Then while helping me this other customer arrives to pick up and order and apparently was a former employer so the girl helping me just starts calling out to her across to the other side of the place and pretends to start a conversation and completely stops with my order. I was about to ask her if she could finish taking my order since I'm on my way to work but thankfully this other girl calls her attention and tells her to finish my order, so she does and tells me it will be on the pick up side. I go there and I'm behind this other customer but to her right where everyone's could see me and almost every employee working there, except for 2 girls, had completely stoped working and into a conversation with this costumer!!! So I take a look outside to check on the cars on the drive through and the car that was in front of me was barely moving forward from the ordering booth! I take a look at my watch and see that I have only 10 mints left before my shift so I interrupt their conversation and ask about my coffee. Suddenly they realized there was another costumer waiting for them!!!! They apologized, finished my coffee and it was 5 mints before my shift when I finally got it in my hands!! So I was late. I just couldn't belive my eyes! I counted 7 people, included the one that looked like the one in charge and ONLY 2 out of the 7 were actually working and the one in charge was NOt one of them! The staff are incompetent and the manager is just a "oh yeah, all day, oh yeah, its all good" lip service guy! My company has purchased over $1300 in gift cards over the past year. I've asked REPEATEDLY for birthday gift cards and they only have Hanukkah, Christmas and snowman gift cards.... all year??? The manager said we cant ask for those bday gift cards, we just get what corp sends us???? really?? hey manager, if you want to get ahead and do your actual job, give customers actual SERVICE, try asking! I think if Corp knew our company has spent that much money they might send them. Sadly, you have lost our business. Also, staff and manager need to be retrained, every single time I've gone in there, there is a problem either in the drive thru or customers are complaining about the food/drinks! SMH! Read moreI ordered ahead on the mobile app. When I got to the drivethru line it was so long it was wrapped around the building. I sat in that line for over 30 minutes. When I finally got to the window there was no apology for the wait and the employee tried to rush me away without my drink. When I brought it to her attention not only did she not apologize for forgetting my drink, but I was met with attitude, a sigh, and her rolling her eyes. As if I was inconveniencing her by asking for the drink I already paid for after sitting in line for over half an hour. The drink she handed me was 3/4 full, the whipped cream had melted, the topping was soggy, the ice had melted and watered down my coffee, and the coffee was almost room temp. I ordered an iced cold brew coffee. There was no offer to remake the coffee.
