Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Victorville

Ok, my husband and I were really excited about trying out this Dutch Bros Coffee. We have traveled quite a bit and had seen Dutch Bros before, up North. The cups with the little blue windmills are cute and so are the little shops. However, we ordered 3 separate drinks so we could try a variety. One was supposed to be just a cup of coffee with breve (cream), one was a mocha grasshopper with creme de mint, and the third was a sugar-free, vanilla cold brew made with almond milk. Sounds good, right? Well, my reason for 3 stars, right here, all 3 drinks were so watered down we could barely taste ANY coffee at all! They were precisely like flavored water! In other words, I'm sorry, but they were terrible! Now, if this were just one drink, I would chalk it up as a mistake, but this was 3 drinks! As for all the people that say this is better than Starbucks or anyone that enjoys coffee, this incredibly weak is most likely not a true coffee drinker and most likely loads their regular coffee with tons of sugar. Yes, Starbucks is not the world's best coffee. It's not even my favorite. I order coffee from places like Seattle and Jamaica, to name a few. Still, if you've ever been to Europe or other places globally and had coffee, it's basically straight espresso, and you wouldn't be crying about how strong Starbucks was anymore. For us, we would rather stick to drinking actual real coffee instead of water with a bit of coffee flavoring. I think most younger people would instead drink sugary laden drinks rather than a real cup of coffee, so this will be a good place for them, and for that, I would highly recommend it for all of the unique special drinks Dutch Bros has to offer. I come to dutch bros all the time I love it and actually prefer it over Starbucks I’ve never had an issue usually pretty nice how ever I was skipped in line to take my order i tried saying excuse me to the young lady taking orders she ignored me and walked into the side door so I wait and pull up to the window let the worker at the window know she acted like she didn’t care & takes my order messes up my order by making a drink iced when she asked me did I want it iced or blended & replied with all drinks blended, then I pull off I notice I only had 6 drinks when ordered 7 so I walked up to the window & nicely let the young guy know he said well make it right now for you I asked for the manager what do you know same girl with don’t care attitude at the window is the manager & what do you know she has my drink in her hand I explain I’m frustrated with them she just stares at me and says you can leave a message at dutchbros.com like oh ok no problem this is what happens when you have all teenagers running a business. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location. Also how is it ok for the manager to wear white croc flip flop sandals...

So I waited 40 minutes for my order this morning, which by the time I got it, I left in a hurry and when I drank it, I realized they got my order wrong. This is not the same caramelize that I normally get with an added shot. It was more milky than caramel or espresso from the shot, the taste is definitely not the same. don't know if it was because they were really busy this morning, but even at that the way that they were servicing, the customers at the window was horrible. The girl told me that they were making the drinks all at one time, making customers wait even longer to get their order instead of giving them out as they were done, but I think that's a horrible technique, making customers wait until everyone's order is ready to pass them out is horrible. seeing all these cars leaving the drive-through so that means drive-through is getting their order. And we're just standing here in a big crowd waiting. I'm hearing everyone canceling their order at the window because it's taking so long.. I don't know if I will ever return back to this Dutch Bros.
