the entire staff are all young and if There is no issues they are kind but I get messed my food up and when I called once I got home And realized I called immediately to inform them and that I’d be going back to get What I originally ordered she was fine with that. I got a missed call while Driving and once I got There the young lady stated I tried calling you I Said yes I was driving. She then said I repeated your order twice I said yes an I Corrected you and said no whatever I ordered she was snippy so I told her why do you have an attitude she said did didn’t not i them Told her this was the third time They had messed up my order an im a paying customer it not like I’m asking for free food I brought all the food back as I left with it. She then made a face as if That was a lie a stated so did you want to waitBecause your In a rush I said yes why would I not want my food didn’t you say you had to go to work. Terrible service. When I walked in before we even had that conversation she had in my food to the cooks and said don’t be mad at me. It’s not my fault so they were talking about me in front of me. And I already got upset for that and then the way she spoke to me as if I was in the wrong. Then once she gave me my food, she told me that my service was no longer will be serving me there. Once I had walked away from the cash register, she called her Manager and told her whatever story she told her I didn’t asked. When was the manager going to contact me she said oh I don’t know maybe I can have her call you in an hour but initially at the register I told her I wanted to speak to her manager and they said they could take my info down and have the manager called me, but when she got off the phone with her all she told me as they will no longer accept my serve me. Completely uncalled for no communication with any type...

Tonight's experience was kind of disappointing because I wasn't familiar enough with the menu to understand certain things like that the two items that I ordered would come with chili sauce or with chili powder all over them. I don't think it mentions it on the menu , if it does I clearly missed it . It would have been great if the employee taking orders happened to ask that question hey do you want this with spice do you need it with no spice do you need it with heavy spice like anything at all would have been very helpful. They also didn't give me any options on how they could prepare the food but apparently there were two different options no one asked me which way I wanted it they just pick one way and prepared it that way.

I really don't have a good tolerance for spice. I guess we'll just have to give it another try and be way more meticulous about asking for more details about the dishes and careful...

Located in a strip mall that doesn't seem to have a lot of walk in traffic appeal. This place seemed to be the only store getting any traffic a 11am on a Saturday. Maybe people were still in food comas from Thanksgiving. The location was close to the highway while driving through Victorville. The interior has an interesting setup. The inside is split into two separate areas. For those who want more than boba they can order food to eat and sit in the separate dinning area. Next time we will try the crispy chicken to see how it is. Got the Peach Passionfruit Slushy, Brown Tiger, and Coconut Pineapple Smoothie. Wife really liked the boba but was lukewarm on the slushy we got her, though one of our kids had the same slushy with different topping and liked it.
