El Charro | Oaxaca Restaurant — Restaurant in Victorville

Just ate here today 7/26/19 worst customer service I've ever experienced lady that took our order just took it and disappeared for a while. She finally brought our drinks and left them disappeared for a very long time seemed like she was chatting away in the back of the restaurant (Counter) not acknowledging we were there. She forgot my wife's margarita then she came out of the blue and said oops I totally forgot about your drink. And left again no check ins if we are ok, if our food is good or not if we need anything. My wife margarita was garbage it was very thick she doesn't know how to make margaritas (Wife got on the rocks) . To top it off they didn't have guacamole, the plates we ordered came with it on the side she didn't even bother to tell us like if we weren't going to notice, we told her about it she said oh we don't have guacamole right now. Huh? So do I get a deduction on my bill too?.. what a joke of a place...Never again I will come here...

So we came in at noon on sunday for lunch. They where welcoming ans sat us down. They even gave us a highchair for our daughter with out asking. That's as good as it got. 45 minutes in no menus or drinks offered. The whole time they served the other people that got there after us. They even cleaned the two tables besides us but we still hadn't even gotten a single menu. 1 hour in They kept walking passed us and kept acknowledging us but no menus or drinks. At this point we decided to walkout they stared at us as we walked out gave us a feeling like we weren't welcomed as we left. We ended up going to Captain Fish Tacos. What a difference as soon as we walked in to Catain fish taco we got menus with in minutes got drinks and our appetizer 10 minutes later we where enjoying some delicious fish tacos. Never going back to el charlo worst experience and...

I saw this ad on yelp for El Charro Oaxaca and was in the mood to try a New Mexican restaurant from the many here in the high desert. We started off with the complimentary chips and salsa which was good. The chicharrones and guacamole was the best. Not only were the pork rinds cooked fresh and to order, the price and amount you got made it more delicious. Really great Mexican food and friendly staff. My first time having a tlayuda and it was absolutely delicious. It's often called a Mexican pizza and we enjoyed it. I also had the entomatadas and they were delicious the salsa was great too. Overall the food is great a little expensive but...
