STAY WAY!!!DO NOT UBER EATS , POSTMATES OR DOORDASH HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I had ordered food through door dash and didn’t receive part or my order , I then proceeded to call the store and talk to the manger and told her about the missing items and she would write my name down in the book and I was fine with that . 5 minutes later I ordered food again and asked the manger if she could put those missing items in the bag and she said that it was fine no issue . I then wait for my order to arrive at my house and then check my order and MY ORDER WAS STILL NOT IN THERE !!!!!!!! I then called the store again and spoke to a so called “manager” but wasn’t aware or wasn’t told anything about my order and worst of all MY NAME WASNT IN THE BOOK. I then told her that I was very upset with issue and she told me there’s nothing she could do, and said I can show her the DOORDASH receipt, WHY DO I NEED TO SHOW THE RECEIPT IF THE MANAGER ON SHIFT IS SUPPOSE TO INFORM OR WRITE DOWN THE MISSING ITEMS WITH MY ORDER ??????? And best of all THE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME ! I then drove myself to McDonald’s which defeats the purpose of Doordash and had to get the items myself and the “MANAGER” that hung up on didnt even look like a manger and was not once sorry at all and didn’t even seem considerate and was very unprofessional and didn’t even answer why she had hung up on me She had even lied to me and told me that her other manger that I had spoke to the first time wasn’t there and DIDNT KNOW HER NAME ???? How do you not know your mangers name that’s a straight LIE. The issue was then handled by the ACTUAL manager were she handled it more PROFESSIONALLY And provided me with free items for driving down there. I then asked for the other “Mangers” name and she yelled her own name out at me but all I could hear is mumbling I then asked the other manger for her name and was given to me. This place needs to train their mangers and how to handle situations PROFESSIONALLY. The sad thing is this isn’t the first time I’ve had a issue with my order it’s MULTIPLE times and it isn’t the first time i have seen unprofessional managers at this store,I’m not one to usually complain but this place needs to properly train mangers . I will not be visiting this McDonald’s again it’s always a issue...
Read moreHorrible service and poor quality. I don't expect much of McDonald's, but this location has to be one of the worst I've experienced. I was parked for over half an hour for a mobile order. When I saw another customer complaining about the long wait I went to let them know I was also there for 25 minutes at that point. The other customer was understandably upset and demanding their food. Manny, who appeared to be a manager, dropped an f-bomb on the other customer while aggressively stepping toward him in a physically threatening manner. Manny was not a small dude and was probably about 20 or 30 years younger than the customer. The customer wisely backed down (although I woulda let him beat me down and then collected that McDs settlement check). I've seen customers that deserved this treatment before, but this particular customer was justifiably upset. He was loud, but didn't cuss at anyone or make outrageous demands for free food. In the end, I got cold food with missing Happy Meal toys. As I was going back to get my missing toys, the employee asked for the food back to remake it all (without me asking). The new order was just as lukewarm as the food it replaced, with the exception of the nuggets, and the fries didn't have enough salt. With 2 young kids that expect Happy Meals on occasion, I can't boycott McDonald's. I will, however, refrain from returning to this location and travel the extra 5 minutes to one of the other locations in Victorville. I'm sure they will struggle to meet my extremely low bar for McDonald's customer service as well, but the Palmdale/395 has set a new low. Bad food and bad service, bordering on dangerous, is something I...
Read moreNot too happy with this location, especially when it comes to traveling. Upon entering this McDonald's even reopening after several lockdowns in the state of California.
They didn't acknowledge our presence until after there were about 10 guests in line and we were the first to approach the service counters where you physically order food. Just ignored everyone until 4 minutes in awaiting anything. Drive thru line was extremely busy and it seems like more than ever, they just focused on the drive thru exclusively.
We got what we ordered sat down and ate. While eating we could hear the staff starting to yell at one another about not giving the right orders, which reminds me about when we first approached the counter, one of the managers was scolding one of the employees about not suppose to give a breakfast burrito to a waiting customer in the drive thru.
The people in the lobby were getting impatient with the service and just wanted to order like everybody else. C'mon McDonald's you need to open up at least one more register when it's heavy traffic times in the morning, on a Saturday for that matter during peak hours. If you want to keep the integrity for the company, then you need to do what it takes for good customer services.
Completely unsatisfied with their unprofessionalism and definitely would not recommend this location for a McDonald's corporation. You can do better than this. Completely...
