As the majority of people know McDonald's has cut back on a lot of people since minimum wages have gone up, that's why there are kiosk to take your order on. The kiosk are limited to an extent but hopefully in the future McDonald's will fix this issue. I would like have a way to communicate on it like a note to the saying I want a fork and a knive and condiments which would help out the servers when bring out the food and it would save them time. Also, since the kiosk are used more often than the point of sale counter I miss the cashier welcoming me with a nice smile. You don't get that now a days. Sometimes feeling welcome and a smile really makes me feel better. There really needs to be a dining room attendant that goes around cleaning the dining room tables, floors and making sure the trash is not overflowing and making sure the customers needs are taking care of. Nothing wrong with a little chit chat with the customers to make for a pleasurable dining experience. I missed this personally. This McDonald's location is prefect for me next the the hospital. They do greet me with a welcome back! when they bring my food out which I absolutely love. The kitchen is really busy but orderly, managers are nice and accommodating. The dinning room needs help especially after a lunch rush. Trash isn't always taken out on time and the dining room floor is dirty under the tables. These are things to be expected because of how busy they are. When ordering breakfast it always seems to have egg shells in the eggs pucks. Which I have to search for before eating. Other than these issues I have never gotten sick nor had a really bad experience a this location. I appreciate all the hard work Mcdonald's crew does and as a former fast food worker myself, I know how hard it is dealing with difficult customers that if not for your hard work they would be eating bologna...
Read moreI recently visited this McDonald’s location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I placed my order, the employee at the first window who took my card and order was unprofessional and condescending. When I politely asked if she could repeat my order back to me, she rolled her eyes and refused to do so. As a customer, I believe it is fair to want confirmation that the order was taken correctly, but instead I was met with rudeness and dismissal.
As I suspected, when I arrived at the second window, the order was indeed incorrect. When I brought this up, the employee at the window smirked as though it wasn’t her concern and simply told me that because the mistake wasn’t listed on the receipt, there was nothing she could do. This response came across as unhelpful and dismissive rather than customer-focused.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, unwillingness to provide basic customer service, and disregard for accuracy left me very dissatisfied with this visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues so that future customers receive the courtesy and respect...
Read moreThis McDonald’s location needs serious improvement. The wait time was ridiculously long, even though it wasn’t busy. The staff acted like they had no urgency at all — moving slowly, talking among themselves, and clearly not prioritizing customer orders. It felt like they just didn’t care.
Fast food should be fast, but this was the complete opposite. If this is how they operate regularly, I won’t be returning. Very unprofessional experience overall.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at this McDonald’s was unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that professionalism was lacking across the board. Staff were disorganized, inattentive, and at times outright rude. Orders were wrong, the restaurant was dirty, and no one seemed to care about customer service or basic standards.
It’s disappointing to see such a well-known brand fail to meet even the most basic expectations. Management clearly needs to step in and take accountability for the poor service and lack of training. I hope this location seriously re-evaluates how it operates before more customers walk away...
