I come here pretty often and have done so off and on since they opened this location.
Their customer service has ALWAYS been bad. They have never made drinks consistently either. Theyāre often swamped in their drive-thru which creates an understandable amount of additional difficulty, but they screw stuff up when theyāre not busy too.
I do not recommend this location if youāre in a hurry. Even if you make a mobile order they will take forever to even acknowledge you even when you can see your drinks are ready. They are not organized or efficient behind the counter. My wife and I often both order a drink (so two drinks for our total order) and theyāll make one drink then make several other orders before making our second drink. Theyāll often make the Frappuccino first so it sits and melts while they do other things.
If you are closer to the Marietta or Parkersburg South location I recommend trying them out. I havenāt personally but it would be difficult to do worse than the Vienna location. Iāve been to many a Starbucks in many different cities and this one is one of the weakest Iāve been to even after theyāve been open for two years.
I would also recommend looking your drink over before accepting it. They screwed up my drinks so badly today that I am really kicking myself for not having them re-make them. Other reviews suggest you will have limited luck with asking for a refund but I have seen them remake drinks without much fuss (you will have to wait of course).
Today we ordered two iced caramel cloud macchiatos and they were... upside down. All the coffee was at the top and the foam was at the bottom. I really am kicking myself for not having them remake the drinks but they were busy and I thought I could stir the drink to make it work (it didnāt). I ended up taking the drink home and trying to create my own egg-white whipped cream foam to rescue it. I couldnāt. I ended up dumping a $5 drink down the sink and feeling stupid about not demanding better when I was in the store.
So if you can avoid this location, do so. If theyāre suuuper convenient for you like they are for me: expect them to be slow and donāt be afraid to request they...

Ordered blonde roast after 11 AM which should be a pour over, also ordered some egg bites and a bag of ground coffee. Get there about 20 or so minutes after placing the order and the line was extremely long (like always) so I parked and walked in to find my order complete with the exception of my coffee. They said that they didn't fill my order because they stopped brewing Blonde roast at 11 and it would have to be a pour over......... then if I intentionally ordered blonde roast and you knew it was gonna have to be a pour over and you've had ample time why was my coffee empty...... the barista then instead of making a pour over she decided to just brew a pot so it would be easier for her. By the time I got my coffee my egg bites were cold and I was blocked in by the traffic in the drive thru line. I get being busy but I gave ample time. This has happened here on multiple occasions. Usually after I place a mobile order I call in to say please do a pour over because all of the past experiences. Should have called again this time I guess but shouldn't really have to in my opinion. This past week they made my order incorrectly and asked if that was āokā or if I wanted it remade? I asked to please remake it. They angrily threw it in the trash, remade it poorly, and didnāt make eye contact or say my name when it was done, just sat it down and walked away. I was the only person there. It was a macchiato, line the cup. They didnāt line the cup and asked if they could line a new cup and mix it. The thing I love most about their macchiato is that itās not mixed. When the ālined the cupā the literally put one vertical line the second time.
