What a pleasure to deal with Tammy! I’ve been with this cable company for 50 years. She is the kindest and most personable representative ever! She goes above and beyond to try and accommodate you! She is in the business of trying to help the customers! She really cares about her job and the people that are seeking her help! This service is worse than Suddenlink ever was and every single person in this area was truly hoping Optimums buy out would improve service. Well they didnt even try they managed to figure out how to get over on customers even more all while they raise rates and make customer service harder.
