Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Vienna

Every time I order a pizza or anything from this specific location, it’s always burnt. This is the first time I’ve made a complaint. I’ve had several pizzas that come home looking like straight burnt cheese, but this Italian Cheese Bread I ordered took the cake for me. How is this even acceptable? Why would you actually sell this and think it’s okay? If I were the employee who made this, I would have remade it if it came out looking this way. It’s ridiculous and an ongoing problem for this specific location. I can’t rely on this restaurant to produce good food. Very rarely is anything not burnt from here. I’ve requested a refund and contacted corporate because I’m not paying for something that’s inedible....

I've gone to this place since probably 2009 or 2010. Never really had a problem with it. Not until last night, anyhow. I go in and order one pepperoni pizza. I take the pizza home and my family distributes it amongst themselves. I took three pieces, and about the second or third piece, I noticed it was spicier than usual. My parents agreed on this. Well, I went to bed around midnight with horrible stomach pains, and it's now 10 minutes past 10 in the morning, and I'm STILL going to the bathroom and feeling horrible cramping....

Ordered the new extra cheese and pepperoni pizza and asked for sausage to be added to it. The employee said they could not modify that pizza in any way. If we wanted sausage we would have to order an old fashioned pepperoni pizza with sausage. That is the dumbest thing that I have ever heard. It's not like we wasn't planning on paying for the extra topping. If I owned a business like that I would want to keep my customers coming back by making their order. You would have thought we...
