I’ve been to Maple Ave a few times now, and each visit keeps impressing me. It’s a small, cozy spot, but what makes it stand out is the chef-driven creativity and care that goes into every part of the dining experience.
🍴 Food & Menu The multi-course menu is the highlight here—constantly changing, always seasonal, and full of surprises.
Every dish shows clear thought and intention. Flavors are balanced, bold when they need to be, and refined without being fussy. The presentation is just as impressive—plates that look as good as they taste.
For me, this is one of those places where you come to trust the chef—you don’t just order food, you let them curate an experience.
🤝 Service & Staff The service has always been friendly, attentive, and personal. It’s clear this is a family-run restaurant, and that adds so much character. The staff genuinely care about the guests, and it shows in the way they interact—warm, professional, but never stiff.
🏠 Ambiance & Setting Yes, the space is tight and intimate, but it fits the vibe.
Think cozy rather than cramped. The atmosphere is unpretentious and inviting.
You’re here for the food, the service, and the personal touch—and the smaller space just adds to that feeling of exclusivity.
🌿 Local & Seasonal Touch Another strength of Maple Ave is their commitment to local, seasonal ingredients. You can tell the menu is built with intention—sourcing thoughtfully and highlighting what’s fresh. That connection to place elevates the entire experience.
✨ What Makes It Special Constantly evolving chef-driven menu. Personal, attentive service. Cozy, unpretentious setting. A true sense of care and creativity that runs through every detail.
✅ Overall: Maple Ave isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a dining experience. From the seasonal multi-course menus to the personal service and cozy atmosphere, it’s clear this is a restaurant that puts heart into everything. If you’re looking for creative, chef-driven, local dining with a personal touch, Maple Ave is exactly where...

The first course was an amazing buckwheat crepe dulce de leche with vanilla custard and summer jam
The crepe is lightly dusted with powdered sugar and it is so airy but flavorful! The custard and the dulce flavor really comes through in each bite.
It feels silky in your mouth with a wonderful texture!
I've never been a fan of Okra but the caramelized Okra with the yogurt dill sauce was wonderful! It was crispy on the outside but juicy inside and each bite had a hint of dill and was just SO good! Usually Okra isn't cooked properly and I don't enjoy it but I will definitely be ordering this again. My husband loved the Okra.
The main course, the Almond and ricotta pancakes with apple wood smoked bacon and seasoned potatoes is my favorit!!!
The pancakes are literally the best I have ever had. They come with light dusting of powdered sugar with the perfect amount of butter and syrup.
The pancakes melt in your mouth. The almond pieces give it a wonderful, full texture, while still reamaining fluffy and airy and light feeling.
They are so delicious and decadent.
My husband said the potatos are better than perfect and he has had plenty of potatos. He said they are the perfect compliment to the pancakes with the crunchy crispy contrast to the soft pancake - crispy, crunchy, salty vs sweet and soft and airy
The restaurant is also beautiful inside and the staff are so polite and helpful as well as super accommodating. If you have any allergies you can let them know.
This is one of the best places to get an incredible meal!
The Lithuanian donut holes are also such a great treat. I love these and so does my daughter!
They arrived with a dollup on vanilla bean ice cream and each donut placed on a scoop of nutella! The combination of the fried warm donut with the cold creamy ice cream is amazing, like a harmony in your mouth.
We love this place and plan on...
Read moreI have enjoyed Maple Ave Restaurant many times though its evolution. For me, it has arrived! In the Age of Covid, we waned a family dinner to celebrate our son's engagement which has been extended by logistics around Covid. We contacted Ricardo who worked with us to explore possibilities including buying the house for our family group of six or preparing everything for pickup. After family discussion we opted for the latter. They prepared (and carefully marked) a five course dinner for us including vegan fare for some of us.
The hors d'euvres were bread with mint, zucchini jam for the vegans and smoked gouda and truffle ricotta for the non-vegans. The salad was an amazing seasonal mix of peach almonds and champagne vinaigrette with aged parmesan for non-vegans. The next course included local corn empenadas for vegans and gazpacho and the best fried green tomatoes I've ever had for non-vegans. I can say the red wine braised lamb ragout on semolina with apricot relish was hearty with well orchestrate flavors and textures. The vegans loved the house gnocchi basil pesto with summer squash and smoked tomato. I was very impressed with the peach crostata for desert.
All in all, an amazing dinner!Thank you to Ricardo Teves and Chef Justė Židelytė for making the evening a...
