New favorite bubble tea joint!
Not only do they have a clever name, a cute logo, nice atmosphere, most importantly, their drinks are so good!!!
This place came on my radar a while ago when they first opened up. I didn't know what TeaDM was (the original location is in Eden Center at Seven Corners), so I just bookmarked it as somewhere to stop by next time we were around the Vienna area. Little did I know...
I walked in for the first time with my boyfriend maybe a few weeks ago and I've already been back three times!! I would go out of my way to stop by on my way home from work.
We have loved every single drink we've gotten so far. Top favorites are TeaDM milk tea, seasalt coffee, rose milk tea, ugh, it really is hard to pick recommendations because we recommend trying them all! Something unique about the coffee though, there are two versions, one suited for drinking right away and the other is stronger and gets better as you drink it (as the ice melts).
Hope you enjoy your boba...

For the longest time, DMTea bobas were richly flavored; however, in the last two visits:
My order of Sea Salt coffee with no ice was 1/3 filled. The smiling employee politely said this is the drink with no ice. When I had ordered this same drink two months ago at the Eden Center with no ice, it was filled to the brim.

Two months ago, the drink was suffused with the taste of lavender with a whisper of tea taste.
The Chocomint I ordered today with the lavender tea, my was “a lot more mint than chocolate.” Good, but.....Hm, Maybe the name needs to be changed to MintChoco?
My guess is during these tough times DM has decided to dilute drinks by changing the formulations. That’s understandable, but I’ll taking my...
Read moreFirst off, I want to say that I love teadm and I've been going for years. The selection is fantastic, the coffee is excellent, and service is prompt. However, I dread going to this location. As you see in the photo, the Vietnamese coffee I always get with "less ice" just looks like half a drink. From this location I get consistently poor service from one young man. And if you are unlucky enough to ask why, in all the years you've been coming to the store, do you get different service and quantity whenever he makes your drink (and it is JUST him) you will be rewarded with condescension. The first time he ever served me I got less than half a container of liquid, despite his insistence that "he measured it". Well, there are other locations that won't leave me frustrated and unhappy... See you later Vienna,...
