I recently just went to this establishment and lord will I never ever go anywhere near here again the order taker was rude you can tell she didnāt want to be there the manager was allowing her to be rude not take orders properly I get to the window to pay and get my food she started talking about me as she shut the window on me rudely handed me my change no receipt of purchase or anything I said nothing because I didnāt want her to do anything to my kids and I food then when I asked for the dipping sauce she acted as if I was ruining her say I told her if she didnāt like her job she shouldnāt come to work she then slams the draw and closed the window told me to get my sauce from somewhere else then proceeded to keep talking junk about me as I sat in the window then baited me to start with her so she can call the police she told me come inside and get it after about a 5-10 minute standoff she finally Handed me the sauce talking more junk so I parked my car went inside to find the manager and low and behold she baiting me for more I didnāt give her what she was looking for the manager finally comes from around the counter after hearing me request him several times and I asked him why Is he allowing her to treat people as such and he himself didnāt care she kept antagonizing me for a fight or for me to break the law she threatened to call the police several times I told her to go ahead she theme proceeded to record me I asked the manager for her name he said Tily her shirt clearly said Marissa he says thatās not even her shirt this place is nothing but trouble, racist, and should be built with people who wants to work if not close down the place cause Marissa or Tily definitely needs to be fired and another manager needs to take over and treat employees how to greet and interact...

I got to the window I paid and then the manager so he called himself said pull up and wait for your order it'll be out shortly. So I'm thinking in my mind, that these are fresh and hot curly fries. Put my car in drive drove on around did not leave the parking lot reach my hand in the bag and they were less than lukewarm. So I went back around to the drive-thru window and I asked for my money back and that's when the fiasco started. This person that called himself a manager I'm not sure could be could not be had an attitude about giving me my refund he asked for the card back I replied the card is unloadable you can't load some of these cards so I gave the card back to him and he gave me a receipt stating that it was put back on my card I called the bank as to where this card comes from. And it's not on there. I would like to also stress the fact that Arby's would be a place where they lie about weather their food is freshly cooked or not. Just face it just face it sometimes it would be better if the restaurant would be made to order instead of leaving on food and trying to get rid of it by somebody like me whom will not put up with that at all 100% be audacity to have somebody to think that it is freshly cooked food have them to drive up and wait on the side as if some food is cooking and only to receive the food and it is less than lukewarm in other words it was cold. It is a shame but I guess you get what you pay...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible! Horrible! Horrible! Tried to use the app which said I should receive a free sandwich with purchase. In my cart, it said that the deal was applied. There was no where to edit the sandwich so I'm assumed it was just going to add a roast beef sandwich. See the photo.
I went inside to pick up my order and told the manager what had happened and he said he was sorry there was nothing he could do that I should have gone back through the app and add a sandwich. They were absolutely no instructions and he would not add the sandwich I even suggested that he refund the whole thing and I would just do it again and he said he doesn't think that he could do that.
In addition on the app we ask for extra arby sauce. We didn't even get a single packet of Arby's sauce in our bag. I mean come on you don't offer that many types of sauces to begin with you could at least could have put the Arby's sauce in our bag.
And let me just add it's always fun to order three drinks and get two straws. It's just frustrating when you're in a car trying to drink your drink and you don't have a straw to drink out of. The next thing you know someone slams on the brakes and your drink goes all over you. All this could have been avoided by having a straw for my drink.
I would highly recommend going somewhere...
