Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Village/Town of Mount Kisco

Domino's has always been my go-to spot since childhood. To put a review today hurts me as much it hurts you.

Ordering by phone was a painful experience for me. I had been redirected 3 times to eventually a store attendant who spoke way too fast for a person who should be taking orders. He was blunt and rude. Practically frustrating on my end.

My order was delivered ahead of schedule. I gave the driver $10 tip to break. He gave me 10 bills back and took another 5 from my stash.

What's more I asked the location to cut my pie to 9 slices to feed 3 people and little pie for me. I got 6 slices in total and now I am forcing my dinner to my people and nothing for me. Why does Domino's need to deliver 3 boxes when they are giving me half of everything. What kind of job are you running here?

Not happy at all. Ordering more pizza from hardworking local pizzerias that won't do this stuff to their local customers.

These guys are so rude. I asked for a pie well done and they sent it to me burned. Burned to the point where it wasn’t edible. When i called, they said they will replace the pizza and sent me another burned pie (i didn’t ask for it well done the second time). When i went into the store the guy told me “im not making you another pizza”

A few days ago i ordered a pie and a 2ltr soda and the bottle came open and it had been drunken out of. When i called the employee said he would give me a $25 credit on a future order. I just called to redeem the credit and the same guy just told me “No it was $15 credit. These guys are extremely obnoxious. I don’t recommend this store at all. I’m not even going to get into how many times my order has come cold or wrong all together and ive never complained....

I asked my wife to order pizza today, and unfortunately Domino's was the first place that came to her mind (I guess their advertising works). I say unfortunately because I couldn't down the pizza. Usually Domino's is consistently mediocre but today was different. The large pie we got was microscopic... 8 of the smallest slices I ever saw. They shouldn't call it large. The sauce was too sweet, there was barely any cheese and the underside of the crust was very spicy... It tasted like they cut the pie using something that had just been in contact with spicy food. It ruined the pie and made my wife and kids upset. This was a particularly bad day for Dominos. I really wish my wife would have ordered from the local...
