Starbucks — Restaurant in Village of Pewaukee

I am so disappointed. There was a girl working on the drive-through just a little before 11am this morning who refused to make the one coffee I have gotten every day for YEARS. And many times at this specific location since I just moved right down the street. All I asked for was a grandè iced coffee, no Classic, light ice, and half coffee half whole milk. She legit said “we can’t make that, that’s too much milk to put in a drink.” I said that everyone makes it for me with no questions asked, and she said that they were going against the rules. I asked if that is a literal written rule, because I’m petty and next time I’m asking for proof 😚. I felt shamed of my drink of choice. At any stand-alone coffee shop, I could put as much milk in my drink as I wanted. But she was denying my service and refusing the only coffee drink I can legitimately drink. You guys make all of these crazy drinks with SO many alterations and preferences, but denied MINE? Shame on you. I’ve NEVER been denied my preference ever at Starbucks, but this girl just had to be that girl to make someone feel bad on a Sunday morning. Totally...

I've been to dozens of Starbucks and I always order a side of the dark caramel. I either pay for it or sometimes. They just give it to me. I was refused to get a side of it to go along with my ice caramel. Machiato said that it's not up to that stores standards by a shift supervisor name Julia. My drink tasted burnt. The espresso was burnt. I called to express this. She said they've been having problems with their machine. That I can come back and have them re make it. I told her after my encounter with her. I did not want to come back to that store. She told me. I could go to any Starbucks and have them remake My drink, never heard that 1 before. Not really comfortable doing that. I asked her if she could send me a gift card. Which Starbucks has done for me in the past and she refused that as well. Also there is no store manager at that store either, she said only her. Stopped in this morning to get a regular coffee and a cranberry Bliss bar. Nobody at the counter but me and took a while to even get my order taken then once I got my coffee she said I’ll have your cranberry Bliss bar in a second so I thought OK well I’ll go put the creamer in my coffee. Creamer was out so I asked at the counter for it to be refilled and that worker was very nice and polite and refilled it right away went back and put creamer in my coffee. Then went back to the counter to get my cranberry Bliss bar still wasn’t there the girl looked at me and turned around and put something in the toaster oven and proceeded to keep working at the toaster oven instead of getting me my cranberry Bliss bar...
