Never ever had an experience like this before at any other location. It was a busy Saturday night, totally understandable. Drive thru packed, so went inside to order to go instead. Dining was moderate busy. Employees we scrambling around not really sure what to do with all the chaos. They were trying to get all these catering orders filled and didn’t have chicken for drive thru or dine in/to go orders. Waited 15 minutes, still not food. Customer constantly coming up to the register area because they were either missing something or their order was wrong. And employees not being able to give them what they needed because they didn’t have the food. We did another 10 minutes asked at the front counter about my food they said it would be ready in a couple minutes. There had been people waiting at the counter for over 30 minutes for their food. Still not receiving their orders. Bags sitting and filled with french fries, but waiting for chicken still no chicken nuggets available because they were filling catering orders, trying to fulfill other items as well, but falling behind. 30 minutes rolls around still no food asked another employee he said two more minutes. After about six minutes, I found a manager and demanded my refund, where she could care less about the chaos that was going on or how awful things were. Poor poor management! You can’t feel catering orders and neglect everybody else. Employees not sure what to do, all getting flustered, because no food and angry customers. Like I said, manager couldn’t care less I asked for a refund gave me my money back, then told me to hold on a minute, walked over to the food window to see if maybe my order and come out still wasn’t even ready, then gave me three gift cards for chicken sandwiches, which is not even what my order was. Read moreMe and my family stopped at this Chick-fil-A last night for a late dinner at around 9 o’clock. When we were waiting in line I noticed that they had only one cashier taking orders while a manager filled sodas and three other employees where just wandering around behind the counter. The only cashier their would also leave to make ice cream cones for the people in front of the line making everyone wait even longer to order. When we could finally order our food me and my son got Spicy chicken sandwich meals while my wife and other son get the chicken tender meals. The manager filled up our sodas and nicely offered to take them to our table. We waited for about 5-6 minutes until we got our food. looking at our food our spicy chicken sandwiches were wrong. My son’s was not even the right sandwich it was the cheaper regular one while mine didn’t even have a top bun. My wife and other son’s chicken tenders were basically slightly larger chicken fries. I took my sandwich up to the counter to ask for a top bun while my wife told the manager about how small the chicken tenders were. The cashier apologized and gave me a bun. My wife talked to the manager about the chicken tenders which he couldn’t do anything about except offer to get her slighly bigger ones from the back. For the overall experience and $33 we had to pay for the food, it was not worth eating there because of how little of and messed up our food was. For the same price I could of gotten four Double-Quarter pounder meals at Mcdonald’s. The poor management of the the employees who were at the register and making the food was the main issue. Read moreMy family and I have always loved chic fil a. Ever since we moved up to Wisconsin we were very excited to see the new pewaukee location open up. We were all very delighted to go. The first time we went through the drive through and we waited for 15 minutes for our food to be done and finished. We then shortly got home and realized we got mostly all the wrong food and we were missing some also. I know the order was correct because I requested for the lady to repeat it back to me twice. She had red hair and I think her name was Chelsea. A week later we decided to try and dine in to see if we'd have a better experience, which we did not. We waited in line for about 10 minutes. Then every step of the order the guy messed up. We stood there for another good 5 minutes and finally had the order correct and he repeated it back to me. Twice. He was very rude. Tall with brown hair. We then went and sat down. The floors were scattered with crumbs and empty straw wrappers. The table was cover in something sticky. We shortly moved and still the floor was dirty. After about 20 minutes we finally got our food and it was yet again, not correct. I waited for 5 minutes in the front counter and nobody noticed me.
