Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Village of Pewaukee

Favorite restaurant chain ever. The only place I've worked that I'd eat the food off the counters, tables, any surface. They keep it obnoxiously sanitized and fresh. This is only the only place that not only I can guarantee, but every N&C employee and restaurant in the corporation can guarantee everything is FRESH. Not made that week fresh, made to order fresh. All veggies and stuff similar have been sanitized and cut fresh within the last couple hours. The food is expensive (if you're middle-low class like myself, but even I think it's worth every penny. Anyways, what other place encourages you to try something new, and GUARANTEES if you don't like it, they will either remake it for you or replace it with anything else no charge? Forget about it Brooklyn accent Noods hands down. P.s. personal fav is the Penne Rosa. It's actually my new favorite food...

Inconsistently very good, tasty dishes promptly made to order. Unfortunately, I feel like every one out of three visits I find myself disappointed for various reasons, like finding a few stray mushrooms that rudely hopped into my dish, a missing Crispy, or overdone udon noodles. This visit, I was kind of annoyed as it appears as though they changed the serving size for a small bowl to a XXS. I received about 15 noodles that were in the container size that they used to serve the flatbread in. (My flatbread was wrapped up in paper this time). The noodles were cooked perfectly, so it was disappointing that I was met with the abrupt size change. And if this is due to a shortage of small serving bowls, then I would have appreciated either a phone call to ask if I’d like to size up or have the usual small serving size placed in the larger...

I almost can always count on my order being messed up in some fashion. I've contacted the manger several times about different things (items being missing, items being made not up to standard, completely wrong items). I was told that there has been some management changes but I have yet to see this improve. Sadly, from time to time I give it another shot expecting it to be better but it never is. Last time they missed my baguette and tried to offer me a rice crispy treat instead. I told them I wanted the baguette and the guy working there said, "Oh, ok then I'll get that for you."
