I would give zero stars if I could for the extremely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I've received more than once from this location. I was SCREAMED and cursed at by the owner while I had my children in the car with me. The first go around in the drive thru there was an older woman handing me my order and while I checked my bag I was yelled at to move ahead and get out of the line even though there weren't any vehicles behind me. After pulling off after I was so rudely told to do so I noticed my 2 cheese sauces weren't in the bag and the dining area was closed (which it has been for years, likely so they dont have to deal with customers face to face) so I pulled through again and the same woman argued with me and accused me of lying to her about missing items, even after showing her my receipt she charged me again for the cheese sauces.
Second incident was when the same woman from the previous visit yelled at me for speaking over her as I was trying to order. My husband and I were very upset by the poor customer service and left the drive thru. After leaving I called the store to try and get in contact with a manager and to my surprise, it seemed impossible as they kept answering and hanging up on me SEVERAL times then got an attitude with me because I kept calling. When I finally got in touch with someone I couldn't even get full sentence in before getting screamed at by that same female manager, along with the owner who I believe he said his name was Joe but I couldn't quite understand him through all of the yelling from the other woman in the background. When I asked this Joe who his superior was he told me, and I quote "well I am the owner and there is no one higher up than me, so how do you like that?" And when I asked him for a name and phone number to who is in charge of him, he refused to give it to me. I will definitely be spreading the word and actively looking for an actual superior. Taco johns is and always will be a favorite in my family, but unfortunately tacos are not going to cost me my dignity as a customer and a human being. Do better. You 2 are far too old to...

When going back through the drive though to get the correct type, the first thing the lady (who didn’t take my order) said to me that it was my fault, not the girl who took my order. Really? That’s how you start a conversation with a paying customer who is NOT upset? Ok, so now I’m upset! She gives me the correct order, plus the side of cheese which the girl had forgotten ( which I was charged for). I walked out and went to this Taco JOHNS...I REALLY wanted Taco JOHNS anyway, but just a bit further a drive for me...and a bit more $...BUTT is ALWAYS worth the $ and wait for the fresh, yummy taste of Taco JOHNS!!
