We have patronized Fazolis for a long time! But after our experience May 5, 2021,I don't think our family will be returning! I didn't catch the managers last name, but I believe his first name was Scott! He was the poorest excuse for a manager that I have ever seen! We were there to celebrate my I birthday and were FORCED to leave by him! He even threatened to call the police and at one point did call! All because they only brought half of our parties for out and he took offense to being questioned about it! 8 people go out to dinner and less than half of them receive the food they ordered, who WOULDN'T be upset?! During this pandemic, restaurants have BEGGED for people's business! But you know what? There are far too many restaurants to patronize and NOT have to deal with excrement like Scott! He seemed to be on a power trip and wanted to take it out on customers! But after spending well over $100 for our table, and being told " I'll just put all this food in to go containers, and you all can leave!" I immediately asked for a refund and the corporate phone number! To which he replied "I'll give the number to her (my wife) and you get out of here now!" He then picks up the phone and is supposedly talking to the police! But I waited outside for at least 15 minutes because I wanted to speak with the officer when they arrived! No officer ever showed! So either he wasn't really talking to police, or he calls them so frequently they just don't want to deal with his pettiness! Fazolis, the wonderful little ole lady that works there is your BEST manager! But "managers" like Scott... that's going to ruin...
Read moreAlright folks, let me tell you about my latest escapade to Fazoli's (Vincennes), where I went through the drive-through and had a lovely on the go dinner. Here's how it went down:
The Drive-Through Experience: First off, let’s talk about the drive-through. Smooth as butter! The friendly voice over the speaker was music to my ears, and the service was quick and efficient. Before I knew it, I had a bag full of deliciousness sitting in my passenger seat, calling my name.
**Ah, the breadsticks! These little sticks of joy are the true MVPs. Warm, buttery, and oh-so-soft, they’re the kind of breadsticks you dream about. Seriously, if these breadsticks were in a popularity contest, they’d win hands down. I may or may not have eaten two before I left the parking lot. 🤷♀️
**Chicken Alfredo is comfort food at its finest. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the Alfredo sauce was creamy and rich, and the chicken was tender and juicy.
Overall: Fazoli's drive-through was a hit! Quick, delicious, and oh-so-satisfying. If you’re in the mood for some comforting Italian-American goodness without stepping out of your car, this is the way to go. Just be prepared – those breadsticks are dangerously addictive. 🚗✨
Highly recommend for a deliciously fun drive-through...
