We were happy to know that they were open until 10pm today! “Holiday hours” We drove in the drivethru and waited in the “green light” lane, to only be faced with the light turning red as we pulled up to the order screen. We figured we could atleast order at the pickup window as that was the only way out of the lane. However, we were faced with an employee saying sorry we are closed. We asked how is it possible that we aren’t allowed to order if we were on the line when the light was green. They denied it being green. I then went to ask if we could atleast get a small Mac and cheese for our 2yr old, the only reason why we were even there. The employees then looked at the manager who then repeated that they were closed. We asked how come no one was outside to make sure no one got on the line even though the light was green. Not only did the manager repeat himself stating we are closed there was not recourse either. Read moreChickfila is a paragon of the fast food industry and should be emulated by every other restaurant. They are unparalleled in terms of quality, taste of food, service, and efficiency. I removed one star for a single reason: the layout of the restaurant with respect to pickup ordering and drive thru. It is often ridiculous attempting to join the drive thru line at peak times. This is hardly within control of the employees, so it's no fault of theirs, but the constraints of a single lane drive thru really hamper the efficiency of getting your order.
Again, this is not to disparage this location. It's fantastic and heads and tails above any other fast food restaurant. It's only the headache of how crowded and backed up it gets at peak times, knowing that other chickfila locations have multiple drive thru lanes for that...
Read moreThis is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The first time I ordered here the employee taking my order asked what my first drink was because I wasn't looking at him when I spoke. First of all, I'm pretty sure I said Sprite and then looked to my left to ask what my son wanted to drink, but nevertheless he didn't have to be so snarky with me the whole time I ordered. Another time I was trying to order and it was busy and the lines are very tight and not stroller friendly but I squeezed it in there anyway and was trying to order when the employee asked me while ordering my food to move my stroller out to the main walkway. I responded no I would not because there was a baby in the stroller. These are just two of the bad experiences I have had here. I no longer come here. There's a much nicer location just...
