TLDR: Cannot Recommend. Not worth the hassle. With all the options available around the professionalism and customer service of this place is severely lacking. Ordered online and used the "comments" section to request a special box for the Pickerington schools. I guess they don't bother reading these comments in advance. The driver didn't notice the comment until he pulled into the drive way. What if the comments was something MORE important than just a box? If you're not going to bother reading the comments box then why even have one?? The delivery driver tells me that they are also doing it tomorrow and I can try again then.... excuse me what??? I just spent 40 dollars on your sub-par pizza and you're telling me that I should try again tomorrow? I called and spoke with the manager she had a rude tone the entire time and refused to admit blame. She DID state that she's "sorry that I don't understand the process" and she'll try to get someone out to get a pizza box next time a driver is out this way. Then tells me that in the future not to do it that way. I try to tell her that there won't be a future. I'm not going to order again.... but it was in one ear and out the other with her. She didn't want to hear it. She's very good at talking, but very bad at listening. Continues to defend herself, and Marco's, while refusing to even bother with understanding what I was saying. This just sealed the deal from me. She then proceeds telling me "well I was GONNA get the box back out to you and I was GONNA put a certificate in it" her attitude and tone ruined any chance of me taking this place seriously again. I just spent 40$ on pizza, you guys didn't read the comments before getting in my driveway, tell me to try ordering again tomorrow. Not acceptable. The fact that you even tried to defend this at all is ridiculous. Your pizza isn't even good.
EDIT: Just to be clear they did end up getting me my sons pizza box. Could have done without the drama from the manager though. The delivery driver sincerely seemed sorry about it whole...

So we're currently ordering. Review will change if service does by the time my delivery shows up. Were at 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I was given a hour delivery time. Called to get update, and as much as the young man tried to be helpful, I was told my food was still on shelf because it was placed in the wrong bag, and would be another 35 to 45 minutes. So dinner at like 8:30 on school night for my kindergartner. We chose to order due to a coordinated school event, where kids designed the box. He asked me if we wanted to just cancel!!!! My kid designed a box and cant wait for us to get it delivered, and your establishment creates an event, and then your way of handling our issue with us waiting for over 2 hours on our food, was to cancel our order, or drive there and spend another 10 in gas. Paying about 40+ for food that was sitting on a shelf in a bag for a hour and a half plus... with no offer for a discount or anything, but cancel order, or drive there myself. Not too pleased.

This was my first time ordering from Marcos as I usually stick to my usual (Little Sicily's, Padovas, Grapevine, Cottage Pizza, and Hound Dog's..when I go over my moms house) I ordered my pizza at 3:10....it was delivered at 3:45! I ordered a deluxe uno minus green peppers add banana peppers and extra sauce. It was AMAZING! I did ask for it to be cut in squares, but by the time I took a bite, I forgot about the squares or rectangles I ordered. This will be my go to spot, as Marcos delivers to my address..I don't have to leave the house. I LOVE IT. One more thing... customer service is number 1!! Marcos in Pickerington has it!! PLEASE DON'T LOSE IT!! Alot of times resturants start off with great customer service, and then it goes down the drain after a couple of months. Customer service is hard to come by these days...as every one is glued to there cell phones and don't know how to talk to the customer.
