I am an arbys lover! I used to work there when I was 16, I am now currently 30 so I have a great amount of love for arbys. It’s sadness me because I have been craving arbys for the past 2 weeks and I only crave it in the afternoon and I always go around the same time between 6-7pm and lights would be off including drive thru lights. Which indicates they are closed! So I went on a weekend but this time a little bit later timing but before 9pm and I’m e again all lights off including drive thru. I called to ask for actually correct hours and the conversation was going well until she told me that they turn all lights off but it doesn’t mean they are closed. So to the next person who didn’t know any better would’ve thought the establishment is closed. I have worked in restaurant business and in customer service for well over 10 years and when the employees turn off all the lights including drive thru light it’s because they want the public to think they are closed so they won’t get anymore business for the remaining hour or so they are open so they can clean, and restock and leave and the exact time scheduled. I think that is complete trash to be honest because that takes money away from the business no matter how tired or short staff you are! And the funny thing also is the person that admitted they shut off all lights off early was the manager! General booth location get...
Read moreI hesitate to write a negative review as I'm not desiring to be harsh.Hopefully by way of feedback things will be improved. I stopped here recently one afternoon after work. It was late afternoon with only one other group of customers who were seated, abd perhaps 2 cars in the drive through. There seemed to be at least 3 staff members there. That beibg said it took longer than I would have expected to receive my order. Also I ordered it to go and it was brought out on a tray. Finally I had ordered an apple turnover and discovered it to be a cherry. None of these thibgs are huge deals but it does speak to quality of service. These days there are far too many choices to not, as an establishment, always seek to be the best in customer service. I spent about 14 dollars on a meal option and an extra order of fries and pie. I cpuld have gone to 5 Guys, gotten a much larger burger and massive amount of fries for a bit less, and had excellent customer service. Again, I dont mean to be harsh or unfair in my criticism, but I hope this merely can merely help imrpove CS. These days, thats what sets a place apart from...
Read moreThe manager of this Arby's was extremely rude to me at the drive thru. 30 minutes we waited in the drive thru. I was able to download the app and order food. We reached the window 5 minutes after the food was scheduled to be ready. It was a mobile order and was prepaid. We finally reached the window after waiting 5 minutes at the unresponsive intercom. Finally told to pull forward and when the manager came to help she ignored us and closed the window on us while we were talking to them. She walked away and We watched them all laugh at us and stand around. I had to ask the guy at the window for our drinks 3times. Asked for the manager who refused to return to the window, asked her name and they told me "Sara". Order was incomplete so I went in to address the manager whose nametag read Ashley Cochran. She refused to help me and threatened to call the cops on me because I had my phone out. My husband and I have never been treated this way. This is unacceptable! Everyone was standing around... I posted the...
