Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I recently visit Taco Bell On General Booth Blvd., Virginia Beach the manager there is very rude obviously you can tell she doesn’t want to be working I went to dine in but she met me at the door and told us we had to go to the drive-through which is not a problem so I go to drive-through and I told her and I could tell it was her that I need to place separate orders So I gave her my first order and then I’ll give her my second order she asked if we wanted any sauce but she only had mild or fire so I said can you just mix it up and I get to the window to pay and there’s another young lady at the excepting money so I asked her if there was sauce in the bag and she said it should be well decided to check the bags before I drove off and I realize there was only three fire sauce so I sit there waiting forThe girl to open the window back up as she goes over the windows the manager approaches and says the young lady what does she want now and I said I need some sauce and she gave me two large handfuls which I counted was25 packs for 3 tacos she’s the manager her job is to watch waste and protect the company from lost so the next time you go to Taco Bell and you want to know why the prices went up Because managers like this give us...

Idk what it is with this location or with the crew on shift at this time as of late but the cashier(Male and Female) in the drive thru always talk to you as if they hate being there and you’re the problem. Yet still are so inclined to ask if you want to make a donation to their college fund. Then when you say no they give you more attitude. Furthermore they mess up your order like not giving you napkins or the sauce packets you asked for. Not giving you your receipt(Receipt machine has been broken for who knows how long now). Giving you spoiled lettuce and tomatoes or stale tortillas. That last one being the worst part. As someone who’s worked professionally as a chef for nearly a decade it’s very obvious they’re not quality checking their products every morning before service nor are they rotating fresh prepped produce the way they should. Yes, this is a fast food establishment, but that’s no excuse to not withhold certain sanitary standards concerning food borne illnesses. Definitely would advise against eating at this location. I will definitely not be eating at this location...

Have never gotten my order right from this taco Bell so I haven't gone in months but I really wanted a steak quesadilla with salsa on the side and a few things for my kids then I get home and I have a quesarito with salsa inside and all of my kids food was wrong as well. Even though they have messed up my food many times before this was the first I called to complain. I was told I could come back and get the right food and when I did Grace S. The person who took my order was extremely rude and slamed the window after tossing my food at me. Dispute the food being wrong the service is usually pretty good. I think she was probably new considering the first time I went through she pet my dog in the back seat of my car and didn't wash her hands after.
