Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Today I placed an online order, when I arrived there was 1 vehicle ahead of me and otherwise there weren’t any other customers. It was raining heavy and they asked at the drive thru speaker if I could be on hold. I replied “no I’m picking up an online order”. Waited 5 minutes in the rain with no response before pulling up to the window. The vehicle ahead of me was gone so I told the employee that I was picking up a mobile order. Immediately she raised he voice, speaking incoherently through a mask. The other employees who were also not doing anything also came to the window, bitching over each other about how they couldn’t make my (2) chicken sandwiches unless I pulled back around to the speaker and re-announced my arrival so they would know to start making the food. When I told them I had no intention of waiting at the speaker again and I’d just wait at the window, they threatened to call 911 and file a trespassing complaint. I replied that I’d leave as soon as I got my food or a refund. They slammed the window shut and came back 2 min later with the sandwiches, repeating over and over “you sure you want these” as if they’d done something to the food. I have asked for a refund via the online customer service but it’s automated and I haven’t received my money back or even a reply so I’m probably just out $8. This location employs low rent simpletons who can’t over come the requirements of the job, and behave like a ghetto flash mob. Unprofessional, rude, and just plain out stupid people. I’ll never be back to...

Buyer beware: For those who don't want to read much overall this location in my opinion offers unfriendly customer service and can't seem to get orders right. They use to be better, so there is potential to improve, but right now things are not right.

Went through the drive through this evening, ordered a Bacon King sandwich with fries. Also ordered some jalapeno cheddar bites and some chicken junior sandwiches. The food that I received was not very hot and the Bacon King that I received, had no cheese and no bacon at all - not really sure what sandwich this is supposed to be but it's definitely not a Bacon King. The fries that I received were very salty and obviously had been sitting for a little while under the heat lamp (was not fresh as it should be). I am giving these guys 2 stars instead of the 1 they deserve, as they use to be a lot better. As the customer, I went above and beyond trying to be friendly and wishing everyone a nice evening, to which I receive no response. I ignored my own rule of always checking your food before you leave, and ignoring that rule got me again. This is going to be my last time visiting this location for a while as the last few orders that I have received previously were also messed up. I hope this location...

I used to go to this location because it was near my old job and they are open late. I went there again for the first time in about 5 months or so and wow has it gone downhill. I was of coursed asked my order and I replied to give me a moment, then after a few seconds I told the lady my order and she proceeded to tell me to have my money ready and pull up. How rude! I brushed it off and pulled forward. My total was $3.88 and I gave the lady 3 $1 bills, and 4 quarters. I was just trying to use up some of my change. After about a minute she said I owed her 8 more cents. I knew I had given the correct amount of money but I just obliged not to cause an issue. I was then handed a my bag and she also mistakenly handed me back the $3 and quarters. I just sat there with a confused look as a lady in the back ground yelled what are you doing! Take the money!
