Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

This Dunkin’ Donuts is definitely going downhill and I will not be returning! Went in this morning and ordered an iced coffee with three wake up wraps, now keep in mind I go to Dunkin’ Donuts a lot and get these wraps they have always had two pieces of bacon in them, this morning all three only have one piece in them and I ended up having to park my car and go in because they never put butter pecan in my ice coffee! Not to mention when I got to the window that said I owed 17+ dollars and they almost charge my card for all of that until I asked them to verify the amount in which it was wrong! Not feeling very confident at this point that my drink has Splenda in it instead of real sugar! I’ve also never come to an issue with the place not being able to accommodate me with no bread/buns and when I asked for no wrap this morning they were unable to accommodate me Saying there was no way they could not put the wrap on there due to only having bags. After all of this I called, and wasn’t offer an apology at all, in fact I asked for a manager and got no manager and was told that all of this was normal. Will...

Highly NOT recommended. Every swallow of my drink was straight sugar. If you like sugary drinks with a side of coffee by all means come here! 😉 had this experience 3 times. Also my plain bagel mini’s tasted like they were cooked with barbecue ribs lol what the heck.

Ordered my chai latte at 8:55am, tasted it on my way to work and instantly choked by the amount of sugar I ingested. Called and the manager said I can come back for another one, I stated I was almost to work which is about 25 mins from the store, told them I would come back that afternoon and get a new drink.. he wanted to know right THEN what other drink did I want.. umm how am I supposed to know lol, so I said I’ll take a refund instead. He stated “she needs to come back by 11 then”. I don’t get off work until 4pm, definitely not doable, and told them I’ll be there that afternoon.

I come to get a refund, and no manger is there. Told me I have to come back TOMORROW morning for my refund. The manager only works until 11am, God forbid the staff may need a task done that needs to be done by a manger. VERY INCONVENIENT AND EXTREMELY...

I just went there this morning. I asked for a Hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar, and frankly, it tastes awful.

There is no Hazelnut flavor what so ever, and the coffee itself tastes like they don't clean out their machines properly.

I also ordered two bagels with cream cheese. I was told I needed to pull around front where I waited an additional 5 minutes for them to prepare...2 bagels with cream cheese. Mind you, I was the only person in the drive through when I got there.

When the woman brought them out, I said thank you and made eye contact with her, and she just blinked and walked away without even acknowledging my existence.

And to top it all off, when I get to my office building, THE BAGELS ARE BURNT! How on earth do you burn Bagels? It's also obvious the workers are so damn lazy, they can't even bother to spread the cream cheese on the bagel.

It looks like they just took a scoop out of the cream cheese container, plopped it on the bagel, and then smashed them together, because there's only cream cheese on half of them.
